In this paper, a Nondestructive Testing System has been developed, which can effectively detect the fatal defects such as delamination, crack, and void. Functions such as A/B/C-Scan, 3D display, a Multi-Layer Scan scanning up to 20 layers and clustering are available, with user-friendly interface. Also a high performance scanner equipped with a auto-loading device and a bubble auto-clearing device considerably enhances the quality, speed and reliability of inspections.

In this paper, an effective A-Scan program for a Nondestructive Testing System has been implemented on the basis of the requirement analyses of A-Scan program. Data gate, multi-gate, interface gate and phase gate are proposed and implemented, which enhance the user-friendliness, performance and reliability of the A-Scan program, and which then lead to the perfomance enhancement of the Nondestructive Testing System.

In this thesis. we implemented a ultrasonic computer tomography system for inspecting wood. The implemented system effectively reconstructed the cross section image of w∞d in which damages such as cracks and corrosion could exist. The implemented system can be used to get useful information about the inner states of original treasure made up of wood and contributed to the preservation of vailable cultural assets.

In this paper, Focused ultrasonic transducers are developed for semiconductor inspection. It is effective for the focused ultrasonic transducer to be equipped with a spherically curved circular disc oscillator. In this paper, the transducers has the same specification of the oscillator diameter 3mm, the radius of curvature of the oscillator 8 mm, and the nominal frequency 110 ㎒. The transducers show good characteristics in terms of the ultrasonic R/F signal back from a reflector and its frequency characteristics. But there were a few transducers having bad characteristic among the passed transducers, which then means that the ultrasonic R/F signal back from a reflector and its frequency characteristics can not be used as criteria of the characteristics evaluation.

In this paper, Scanning Programs are implemented for SAM which conduct nondestructive testing inspection of integrated circuits packages and locate internal discontinuities. The implemented programs provide A, B, C-Scan and 3D display functions and a Multi-Layer Scan function scanning up to 20 layers. Various functions such as C-scan by amplitude, TOF, or phase inversion information, clustering function and etc. make it easy to detect the fatal defects such as delamination, crack, and void.

It is very important to understand the usage of experiment units and to manipulate those well. But due to the limitation of access to experiment units and allowed time, effectiveness of experimental education might not be attained enough. To investigate the effectiveness of the multimedia contents as a pedagogical tool for a preliminary education for experiments, a post-experiment review is conducted for groups of freshmen-year engineering students participating in a digital system experiment class. Post-experiment review results showed that the developed multimedia contents helped students easily understand the usages of the digital lab kit and manipulate the real digital lab kit well without hesitation.

본 논문에서는 초음파를 이용하여 비파괴적으로 검사체 내부의 들뜸, 깨짐, 기공과 같은 검사체 성능에 치명적인 결함을 효과적으로 검출할 수 있는 검사 장비를 개발하였다. A/B/C-scan 및 3차원 영상을 제공하며, 다양한 기능 및 편의성이 증대된 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한 고성능 스캐너 장비 및 검사체 자동 로딩장치와 자동 기포제거 장치를 개발하여 검사의 질과 속도와 신뢰성을 제고하였다. In this paper, a scanning acoustic microscope been implemented which can effectively detect the fatal defects such as delamination, crack, and void. Functions such as A/B/C-Scan with user-friendly interface. 병원의 인력 부족은 병원 근로자의 건강 악화, 환자의 의료 서비스 질적 저하 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 병실 환경 관리 시스템은 자이로 센서와 가속도계가 합쳐진 모듈인 가속도 센서와 와이파이 모듈을 사용하여 노약자들의 낙상을 감지하여 더 큰 사고를 예방하는 것을 목표로 한다. 가만히 있을 경우를 기준으로 걷기, 눕기, 낙상을 판단한 후 낙상일 경우 의료진들이 알 수 있도록 서버에 전송하는 시스템을 제안한다. Lack of personnel in hospitals can cause problems such as deterioration of health of hospital workers and deterioration of quality of medical service of patients. The hospital room management system proposed in this paper aims to prevent accidents by detecting fall of elderly people by using accelerometer and WiFi module which are gyro sensor and accelerometer combined module. In case of a fall, the system is transmitted to the server so that the medical staff can know if it is fallen after judging walking, lying down, or falling.

The remote electronic laboratory proposed and implemented as a solution for the problem of lack of reality in virtual education. The system provides functions with which learners can perform experiments by remote-controlling circuits and equipment related to experiments and practices on the Web and gets data and image information, so through it learners can make realistic experiments at any time and in any place. The remote laboratory for electronic circuit experiments allows learners to control high-priced measuring equipment and get data and images of circuits being tested. A web-based realtime remote laboratory proposed and implemented in this thesis is an alternative that reduces financial burdens for purchasing, maintaining and repairing high-priced measuring equipment and overcomes spatial and temporal limits in moving between laboratories. In addition, it can be utilized as a solution for the problem of lack of reality inherent in virtual experiments.
