The aim of this study is to discover the possibility as the shading systems, and to analyze daylight distribution and characteristic of light on the Korean traditional paper. Korean traditional paper has a good efficiency to diffuse the light and is less glare than Roller Shade fabric. In the president office buildings and apartment houses, daylight characteristic of Korean traditional paper windows could be used as a preliminary data to develop a window system which makes greatest performance of daylight.

The purpose of this study is to analyze daylight distribution and light characteristics on the Ma-ji and Roller Shade fabric, and to investigate a possibility of using it as a shading system. Using a 1/2 Mock-up model, daylight distribution is analyzed with the Ma-ji and Sun-ji (Korean traditional paper) which have good efficiency and less glare. Ma-ji has the best daylight distribution, so that daylight experiment is conducted with the Ma-ji and Roller Shade fabric. In current office buildings and apartment houses, daylight characteristics of Korean traditional paper windows could be used as preliminary data to develop a window system which makes better daylight performance.

This study aims to measure amount of the reduction ratio of energy consumptions by the daylight responsive dimming systems, which uses daylighting and electric lighting. The results of this study show that the reduction ratio of electric power is better "clear sky" by sky condition and "window side of room" by zoning. When calculating reduction ratio of energy consumptions with used times in real office space, it tells that the result of real office was higher ratio than that of experimental space. For this study which presents efficient use of daylight in office environment, it will be basis of improving energy performance.
전통건축물 창호의 주광성능 측정 및 전통한지의 광특성 평가

본 논문에서는 전통한지의 주광유입 및 광특성 평가를 통해 차양장치로써의 가능성을 발견해 보고자 한다. 먼저 외암 민속마을의 건재고택을 실측하여 전통가옥에서의 한지창호의 주광성능을 분석하였다. 그리고 광박스를 제작해 전동한지와 Roller Shade 패브릭의 광성능을 실험ㆍ평가하였다. 그 결과 전통한지는 Roller Shade 패브릭에 비교하여 건축물의 빛환경 측면에서 직사일광의 유입을 차단하고 빛을 확산시켜 눈부심을 줄여주는 효용성을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 현대 건축의 사무소나 공동주택에서 전통한지창호의 주광특성을 이용하여 주광성능을 극대화할 수 있는 창호시스템을 개발하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. First of all, daylight distribution through the Korean traditional paper windows and doors of the Traditional House is analyzed at Genjaegotaek of the Asan Oeam Traditional Village. After making a model, the characteristics of light on the Korean traditional paper and Roller Shade fabric are analyzed. In indoor spaces, this study investigated that color temperature of lighting has an effect on environment of users and spaces, and then proposed suitable 'Correlated Color Temperature(CCT)' of lighting for application of space. For investigation about preference, work efficiency, visual fatigue, and so on for variation of CCT in the space, the clinic experiment was examined in office space which installed CCT-control-system. And with the questionnaire on the same condition, this study verified results of the clinic experiment with those of questionnaire. Furthermore, making the questionnaire about CCT of the offices as well as living-room and bed-room of the house, this study investigated suitable CCT for used purpose of various spaces. This study investigated the influence that the variation of CCT could have on environment of spaces, and presented appropriate CCT for application of space.
