This investigation was carried out easily to separate magnesium carbonate from an ore dolomite by Soda ash method and to study crystal form of an ore dolomite by X-day diffracton method. The experimentl results were obtained as follows; 1. Magnesium carbonate was easily obtained from an ore dolomite by Soda ash method. 2. An ore dolomite made up crystal form of rhombohedron. 3. A crystallization of an ore dolomite made up a symmetrical center and trihombohedral axes.
電氣傅導度測定에 依한 二酸化炭素氣體의 定量에 關한 硏究

For the determination of a very small amount of carbon dioxide in a mixture gas, the mixutre gas containing carbon dioxide of a given concentration was neutralized by barium hydroxide to produce precipitation of barium carbonat. As the ion in electrolyte eleminated, a data a comparative value of the measurement of the electrical conductivity was obtained. This experimental results is to be used for determination of carbon dioxide concentration.

목적 : 최근 NF-${\kappa}B$와 STAT3의 활성억제와 관련된 항암제 연구가 주목받고 있으며, 본 연구는 사독(蛇毒)이 세포자멸사 관련 단백질의 발현 조절을 통하여 세포자멸사를 유도하고, NF-${\kappa}B$와 STAT3의 활성억제를 유도하여 난소암 PA-1 세포의 성장을 억제하는지를 확인하고, 해당 기전을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 : 사독을 처리한 후 난소암 PA-1 세포의 세포자멸사의 관찰에는 DAPI, TUNEL staining assay를 시행하였고, 세포자멸사 조절단백질 및 NF-${\kappa}B$, STAT3의 활성 변동 관찰에는 western blot analysis를 시행하였다. 결과 : 1. 사독을 처리한 후 난소암 PA-1 세포에서 세포자멸사가 유도되어 암세포성장이 억제되었다. 2. 사독을 처리한 후 세포자멸사 관련 단백질 중 세포자멸사 촉진 단백질인 cleaved caspase-3, Bax의 발현은 증가되었고, 세포자멸사 억제 단백질인 Bcl-2의 발현은 감소되었다. 3. 사독을 처리한 후 난소암 PA-1 세포의 NF-${\kappa}B$와 STAT3 발현은 감소되었고, 각각의 길항제인 salicylic acid와 stattic 처리 후 NF-${\kappa}B$와 STAT3 발현은 더욱 감소되었다. 결론 : 사독은 난소암 세포의 세포자멸사 유발과, NF-${\kappa}B$와 STAT3의 활성억제를 통해 치료 효율이 높고, 내성이 적은 난소암 치료제의 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Considering the relationship between the science(physics) teacher and the teaching media, there are special ways to instruct like these ; a) the teacher and media instruct the class by using inter physics learning object, for example, the physics-educational picture or its TV program B) Instruction by only using the media, for example, Cable TV of direct instructional style. In this thesis making students realize scientific concepts and deal with the means of observation and measurement, media increase the methological explanation in science, and making students analyze data directly, it leads a science to systematic research. This thesis analyzed for the purpose of direct or indirect experiment that can not be treated in high school because of shortage of time and difficulty in tools operation.
중 고등학교 과학과 교육과정에 반영된 화학내용의 연속성에 관한 분석연구

This study was attempt ted to analyse, grasp, and present the articulation …… continuity, sequence, integrity …… of the curricular content of chemistry in Secondary Science, to help all the science teachers when they teach chemistry in their classrooms. The result and proposal of this study are as follows. First, the articulation of curricular content of chemistry among the science curriculum of middle school is organized in accordance with a school year or a stage, so that it can come to the special objective of all units. However, the continuity of learning experience is organized in the form of interruption. The maintaining program of continuity should be considered, to reach the deep stage of learning experience. Second, the curricular content of chemistry among the secondary science curriculum is generally organized in spiral form,making much of articulation. Above all, chemistry Ⅰ and Ⅱ are organized successively in hamoney, for the sequence and continuity between them are deepened at the same time. Third, as the important idea of chemistry among the reformed curriculum of high school chemistry was selected from the foreign curriculum of chemistry, it is required to introduce the fundamental conception of original frontier science so as to cope with the progress of rapidly-changing science. Fourth, the amended curricular content of chemistry is the one which is formed out of that of every country on the basis of the basic conception of chemistry, the minimum essentials. Therefore we all agree to the proposal that to the last unit of the text book of secondary school should we add the conception of opptical chemistry, which has integration to relatate other subjects.
