박물관은 과거, 현재, 미래가 공존하는 공간이다. 오늘날 박물관은 유물과 자료의 수집 · 보존 · 연구 · 전시의 개념을 넘어서 체험과 통합학습, 찾아가는 박물관 등 각종 프로그램을 개발하여 특별한 경험을 할 수 있는 공간으로 전환을 시도하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 첫째, 찾아가는 박물관의 기능과 현황을 살펴보고 버스 공간 내에 박물관 기능으로서 멀티미디어의 적용성을 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 민속악기를 이용한 문화다양성 교육의 필요성과 방법을 모색한다. 셋째, 터치스크린과 오디오를 이용한 멀티 체어, 공간의 활용성을 높인 돔 스크린, 인터랙션을 이용한 멀티융합 체험존 설치를 위한 프로토 타입을 제안하고자 한다. 21세기는 문화의 시대, 문화의 세계화를 이루는 새로운 패러다임을 요구하고 있다. 문화적 차이와 편견, 차별 등을 없애고 타문화의 올바른 이해 교육이 필요하다. 이에 민속악기에 대한 이해와 체험교육을 멀티미디어를 적용한 문화다양성 교육으로 융합하여 문화소외지역, 다문화지역을 찾아가는 박물관의 새로운 방향성을 모색하고자한다. Museum is space of being coexisted the past, the present, and future. Museum in today is attempting a change into the space available for having special experience by developing many programs such as experience, integrated learning, and museum"s outstretch beyond a concept of collection, preservation, research, and exhibition of relics and data. Accordingly, this study aims to first figure out the function and the present status of the museum"s outstretch and to examine applicability of multi-media as the function of museum within the bus space. Second, it seeks necessity and method of cultural diversity education with the use of folk musical instrument. Third, the aim is to suggest prototype for installing multi chair with the use of touch screen and audio, dome screen, which increased availability of space, and multi-convergence experience zone with the use of interaction. The 21st century is demanding a new paradigm of forming the era of culture and the globalization of culture. The education is needed that rightly understands other culture with removing cultural difference, prejudice, and discrimination. Hence, the aim is to seek new directionality of museum, which visits a culturally isolated region and a multi-cultural region by converging the understanding about folk instrument and the experience education into cultural diversity education with the application of multi-media.
