This study involves improving the heating performance through the solidification of the internal carbon fiber of a nitrogen purging heater and improving the current passing through it. In the case of carbon fiber solidification, rosin was applied, and durability was confirmed by changing the resistance during repeated bending tests. In addition, in the case of improving the heating performance, various methods were applied, such as carbon material application to the electrode part of the carbon fiber and electroless plating of nickel and copper. Finally, the resistance value was lowered to 0.1 Ω, and the heating performance was improved from 734.8 ℃ to 941.7 ℃ based on the existing 1.5 ㎾.
