        태극권 운동이 여성의 신체건강과 웰빙 및 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of a Tai Chi exercise program for the women. The program was composed of strategies to modify Tai Chi exercise and to increase self-efficacy. The subjects were 19 women, and the program was implemented 16 sessions for eight weeks from July 5 to August 24, 2010. After the program, physical health status(t=-5.29 p=.000) of the subjects increased more significantly than before the program. The levels of well-being(t=2.124, p=.041) and self-efficacy(t=4.885 p=.000) of the subjects increased more significantly than before the program. Therefore, a Tai Chi exercise program positively influenced the physical health status, well-being and self-efficacy of the women.

        전인건강중재 프로그램이 간호대학생의 영적안녕과 정신건강에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 전인건강중재 프로그램이 간호대학생들의 영적안녕과 정신건강에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 연구이다. 연구 설계는 단일군 전․ 후 실험연구이며 연구대상자는 참여를 희망하는 간호 대학생 42명을 대상으로 전 인건강중재 프로그램을 13주간 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 빈도, paired t-test, pearson correlation coefficient로 분석하 였다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 13주간의 전인건강중재 프로그램의 적용 전․후 영적 변화에서는 유의한 증가 를 보였다. 둘째, 13주간의 전인건강중재 프로그램을 적용한 전․ 후 간호대학생들의 정신건강의 변화는 유의하게 감소 한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과, 전인건강중재 프로그램은 간호대학생들의 영적안녕 및 정신건강을 향상시키 는데 효과가 있는 것으로 규명되었다. 그러므로 이 프로그램을 간호대학생들의 영적안녕 및 정신건강 증진을 위한 방 안으로 활용하여 간호실무 교육과정 개발에 필요한 기초자료로 제공되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Holistic Health Program on spiritual well-being and mental health of nursing students. A one-group pretest-posttest research design was used. The subjects were 42 nursing students attending C College located in Y city. All subjects participated in 13 week holistic health program. The data were analyzed using frequency, paired t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of this study were as followings; First, the score of spiritual well-being was significantly increased after Holistic Health Program in the subjects. Second, the score of mental heath was significantly increased after Holistic Health Program in the subjects. Based on these results, it was concluded that Holistic Health Program is effective for improving spiritual well-being and mental health of nursing students. Therefore, we recommend this program to be utilized as an effective method for improving spiritual well-being and mental health of nursing students. And this results will provide basic data to develop nursing practice curriculum in the nursing college.

        일부 간호대학생들의 죽음에 관한 인식유형 분석

        The aim of this study was to identify the attitude of nursing students’ toward death using Q-methodology and to obtain baseline data to improve nursing students’ education program on death. Twenty-nine participants at a college classified 40 Q-statements on a one to nine scale. The resultant Q-sort was a matrix representing the participant’s operant subjectivity on the issue under consideration. The results of above procedures were analyzed by PQ Method. The results revealed that there are three types of perception about nursing students’ attitudes toward the death. The categories were labeled positive-perspective, pain-avoid and preparation-deficiency. Positive-perspective individuals have a positive sense of their life and death. Thus, they would not fear death, believing in an after-life world, while being positive towards donation of intestines after death. Pain-avoid individuals hope life and death without pain. Preparation-deficiency individuals are unprepared to die. In conclusion, this study discovers three types of the perception about nursing students’ attitudes toward the perception of death. By identifying the nature of each of these types, this study can be useful to develop efficient strategies for education program on death.
