준조직성원의 조직시민행동에 관한 연구: 대학생활관 사생의 시민행동을 중심으로

Most studies of organizational citizenship behavior have focused on only regular members` of organization. The purpose of this study, expanding the existing research scope, is to analyse organizational citizenship behavior of the clients of organization, who have the status of para-members in human service organization. Therefore, we selected the inhabitants of Soonchunhyang university dormitory as a case of clients of human service organization. The results show that the citizenship behavior of dormitory inhabitants is dependent on background factor, indirect benefits factor and service satisfaction factor. Specially, there are correlations between all service satisfaction elements and every patterns of citizenship behavior, which can be interpreted by the social exchange theory that one who accepts benefits from organization thanks to it with the organizational citizenship behavior.
시민참여와 행정의 대응성 - 인터넷 시민참여에 대한 도시정부의 반응을 중심으로 -

This study reviewed the logical relationship between citizen participation and administrative responsiveness, the meaning of citizen participation by internet, and analysed the case of electronic bulletin board of Chunan city(open letter to mayor) with the analytic framework constructed by citizen`s demand and government`s response. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the responses of urban government to participants are not different between the anonymous and real name user and between the Chunan residents and the residents of other cities; Second, the more general readers are concerned with a letter, the less responses of government to the letter are; Third, the users of electronic bulletin board use altruistic approach together with impersonal norms as the persuasion strategy. Fourth, urban government compared with other cities sensitively responds to the problems presented by participants. This study implies that the virtual public arena by citizens` discussion need to be cleaned, that a standard form of letter 0 help electronic bulletin board users should be built, and that the information of other cities` performance to stimulate public officials must be presented.
