There is a problem that living labs in many areas of domestic urban regeneration projects are not sustainable. For this reason, Living Lab needs to establish an information platform for persistence of living lab. If the information platform is established, the independence of the phased living lab will be realized, and detailed information platform construction guidelines are needed because record data can be managed efficiently. In this study, the process of building an information platform is proposed in the form of a homepage for the continuity of Living Lab. In particular, it aims to propose guidelines for establishing information platforms around Shinwol 3-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.

Among domestic urban regeneration projects, urban landscape improvement projects are actively underway. However, there is a problem that the current business does not reflect local identity properly because the application method of the project is uniform. Therefore, specific methods are needed to maintain regional identity. One of the methods is to propose a street landscape improvement project in Sinwol 3-dong where residents can participate. If guidelines for sign design are prepared through the design living lab of the residents, the local identity of the main street will be maintained.

This study aims to analyze the results of the Gangwon Provincial Office of Educations school space emotionalization projects between 2015 and 2018 and suggest future improvement measures. This could be used not only by the Gangwon Provincial Office of Education, but also by the Ministry of Education and other education offices. For research purposes, the current status and limitations of school space innovation projects were examined, and the second was analyzed factors by surveying the cases of projects in Gangwon-do. Third, the characteristics of each project entity and major policies were derived, and finally, the policy direction was presented.
