사회복지관 지역조직화 담당 사회복지사의 민관협력인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 슈퍼비전의 조절효과 검증 -

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지관 지역조직화 담당 사회복지사의 민관협력인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 민관협력인식과 조직몰입 간 영향에서 슈퍼비전의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 분석 자료는 인천시 21개 종합사회복지관 지역조직화 담당 사회복지사로부터 수집된 설문지 126부이다. 연구결과 민관협력인식, 민관협력성과인식, 민관협력변화인식 모두 조직몰입에 영향을 미치고, 민관협력성과인식과 민관협력 변화인식 간 조직몰입은 슈퍼비전 실행여부와 상호작용하며 조절효과를 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 사회복지관 지역조직화 담당 사회복지사의 민관협력 업무 시 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위하여, 공공과 민간의 인식공유와 이해, 공식적인 체계, 슈퍼비전 체계 구축에 관한 구체적인 방안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of social workers in charge of local organization of social welfare centers on public-private cooperation awareness and organizational commitment, and to verify the moderating effect of supervision on the effect between public-private cooperation awareness and organizational commitment. The analysis data is 126 questionnaires collected from social workers in charge of local organization at 21 comprehensive social welfare centers in Incheon. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that public-private cooperation awareness, public-private cooperation performance awareness, and public-private cooperation change awareness all affect organizational commitment, and that the organizational commitment between public-private cooperation performance awareness and public-private cooperation change awareness interacts with the implementation of supervision and has a moderating effect. I was able to. Based on this, in order to improve the organizational commitment of social workers in charge of local organization of social welfare centers during public-private cooperation work, specific measures were proposed for sharing and understanding public and private awareness, establishing a formal system, and establishing a supervision system.

치매의 정신행동증상을 나타내는 환자를 조호하는 배우자의 적응과정

본 연구는 치매의 정신행동증상(BPSD)을 나타내는 환자를 조호하는 배우자들의 조호경험을 파악하고 조호에 적응하는 과정을 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 치매진단을 받고 정신행동증상을 나타내는 환자를 가정에서 6개월 이상 조호한 배우자 9명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집한 후 질적 연구방법인 근거이론을 적용하여 분석했다. 연구결과, 89개의 개념, 36개의 하위범주, 16개의 범주가 도출되었다. 치매환자 배우자들은 문제발생단계, 위기단계, 대처단계, 안정단계를 거치며 조호에 적응하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 대처단계에서 배우자들은 교육 등의 요인을 통해 대처전략을 사용하며 조호에 적응해 가는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 치매의 정신행동증상에 대한 교육과 조호적응을 돕는 프로그램의 필요성을 시사한다. 향후 치매의 종류에 따라 조호자의 적응과정에 대한 연구가 요청된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the care experiences of spouses caring for patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD), and to understand the process of adapting to care. To this end, 9 spouses who cared for patients, diagnosed with dementia showing behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, at home for at least 6 months were selected as the subjects of study participants, and data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed by applying the grounded theory, a qualitative research method. As a result of the study, 89 concepts, 36 subcategories, and 16 categories were derived. The spouses of dementia patients were found to adapt to caring through the stages of problem occurrence, crisis, coping, and stability. Particularly in the coping stage, they were found to adapt to caring by using coping strategies through factors such as education. The results of this study suggest the need for education about behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, and a program to help them adapt to caring.
