근적외선 분광기술을 이용한 휴대용 감귤 당도 선과기 성능특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to develop to portable near infrared analyzer measuring the sugar content of the fruits on a tree before harvesting ones. The portable near infrared system consists of a tungsten lamp, a coaxial optical fiber bundle and a multi-channel detector, which has 256 pixels and a concave transmission grating. Reflectance NIR spectra of orange were recorded by using a coaxial optical fiber bundle. The spectra were collected over the spectral range 400~1100㎚. Partial least squares regression(PLSR) was applied for a calibration and validation for determination of sugar contents. The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.99 and standard errors of calibration(SEC) was 0.069 brix. The calibration model predicted the sugar content for validation set with standard errors of prediction(SEP) of 0.092 brix. The sugar content in fruits was successfully quantified using the portable near infrared analyzer.
스터드 볼트 자동 교정 통합 모니터링 시스템에 관한 연구

The automobile industry is ubiquitous and involved in the handling of metal, machines, electricity, electron, and chemistry including the products of many types of processes. In the process of installing engines as a part of the car assembly line, the measurement and correction of the position of the stud bolts consumes a great deal of time. Additionally, defective parts must be manually removed. In the process of engine installation, the speed of the operation, related to the economics of vehicle assembly, is dependent upon measuring the precise position of the stud bolt, reducing the length of correction time, and increasing the working rate. This paper deals with securing the economic feasibility of the manufacturing process, increasing the safety by removing risk factors in the working area, and improving and equalizing the quality by developing an automatic system for the process involving a stud bolt.
유아 놀이 관찰 과정에서 나타나는 예비 유아교사의 놀이 지원에 대한 관점 변화

본 연구의 목적은 유아 놀이 관찰 과정에서 나타나는 예비 유아교사의 놀이 지원에 대한 관점 변화를 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상자는 A지역 B대학 유아교육과 3학년 재학생 10명으로, 놀이 영상 관찰 후 작성한 관찰일지를 질적으로 분석하였으며 나타난 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 유아교사들은 유아의 놀이를 관찰하고 분석하는 반복적인 경험을 통해 교사 중심의 놀이 지원에서 유아들의 놀이 흐름과 맥락, 현재 유아들의 놀이에서 나타나는 흥미와 관심 등을 고려한 유아 중심의 놀이 지원으로 변화하였다. 둘째, 예비 유아교사들은 교사의 놀이 지원에 있어서 매 순간 교사가 개입하여 무엇인가를 제공하거나 언어적인 상호작용을 해야 한다는 관점에서 벗어나 유아의 놀이를 관찰하고, 유아의 놀이를 지켜보면서 기다려 주는 것이 중요하다는 것을 인식하는 것으로 변하였다. 셋째, 예비 유아교사들은 유아의 놀이 지원 방향에서 초기에는 물리적 자원이나 놀잇감 활용에만 초점을 두었으나, 점차적으로 유아 놀이에 대한 다양한 지원 방향을 모색하는 것으로 변하였다. 이러한 결과는 예비 교사들에게 유아들의 놀이를 직접 관찰할 수 있는 기회를 지속적으로 제공하여 놀이를 유아의 관점에서 이해할 수 있도록 돕고, 예비 유아교사들이 다양한 상황에서 직접 놀이를 체험해볼 수 있게끔 하여 놀이 지원 역량을 함양할 수 있도록 해야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the change in perspective on the play support of pre-service early childhood teachers during the observation process of early childhood play. The study suggests the direction of play guidance education in the training course for pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 10 students in the third year of Early Childhood Education at the B junior college in Area A. The participants observed the play videos, and the observation logs were then qualitatively analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, through the repetition of observing and analyzing children s play, pre-service early childhood teachers moved from teacher-centered play support to children-centered play support considering the flow and context of children s play and attention and interest in children s current play. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers recognized the importance of being patient while watching children s play while observing children s play, shifting away from the view that the teacher should intervene in the teacher s play support every moment. Third, pre-service early childhood teachers focused only on the use of physical resources or toys in the early stages of supporting children s play, but gradually changed to seeking various support directions for young children s play. These results suggest the pre-service early childhood teacher should continue to provide opportunities to observe children s play directly so that they can understand it from an infant s point of view, and that pre-service early childhood teachers can experience it in various situations to develop play support capabilities.

Gas turbines for generation are operated under high temperatures, high pressures and in corrosive environments for long periods of time. This environment causes serious damage to these parts. Therefore, the material, coating, and cooling technology used with a gas turbine are important factors with regard to turbine blade development. One method that can be used to protect a product from harsh conditions is the coating technology. A turbine blade undergoes very aggressive thermal stress and experiences high-temperature fatigue. In order to reduce the surface temperature of the components and protect the blade from high-temperature flames, a thermal barrier coating (TBC) is applied to its substrate. This study confirms the applicability of an inspection system for the turbine blade coating layer using an artificial heat source.
