These days the water pollution of lakes and marshes which are sources of city water in many districts is getting worse and worse. we present one method to supervise the water state of lakes and marshes. Using the water pollution measuring devices being sold in a market we designed an automatic inform system to check the pollution state of lakes and marshes directly away at the department of environment As installing this system at tributary rivers and streams, examiners and officers at the department of environment can observe the pollution degree everyday and take strong action against the pollution immediately.

In this paper we present the method that improve alarm security system using the electronic circuits added the emergency lamp by our proposed Algorithms. In conventional method the emergency lamp of warning & alarm system was not executed perfectly its performance because of battery with short life. For improving this problem we, using Peripheral Interface Controller IC, designed the circuit added the emergency lamp for an warning & alarm system and for prevent from stopping the electric current, and compared our proposed method with conventional method. <br/> By designing the circuit to stop up over charge we can extend life of battery, use for a stoppage of electric current in emergency and according to the lightness around. Therefore we are very convenient and profitable m our life.<br/> In the future we will study the method to lower the cost of architecture for practical utilization.<br/> <br/>

In this paper, we transformed photovoltaic energy to electric energy using solar cells for drive power source and charged 1t with batteries. This system was programmed in a one-chip microprocessor PIC. This system can be available for the greenhouses set at countrysides and suburbs because it keeps the temperature ins1de constant and can also be used as a protection against burglars at the harvesting season. This paper presents about EL(electro?luminescent) driver with inverter. Inverter is constructed by using characteristic of FET, and its output characteristics is analysed for the variation of gate bias frequency and load. The optimum operating condition of inverter is that the gate bias frequency of FET equal two resonant frequency of circuit.

A method to control the speed of DC motor with one-chip microprocessor PIC using PWM is discussed In this paper. This thesis deals with the DC motor speed control for electric bicycles which may be used as an alternative means of transformation In the future. This paper presents about EL(electroluminescent) driver with inverter. Inverter is composited two FET to increase safety output voltage. As result this study, the optimum operating condition of inverter is that the gate bias frequency of FET equal two resonant frequency of circuit. It shows to ideal sinusoidal output wave.<br/> Finally, EL sampler(l5cm x 15cm) gain 26 [lux] with lcm.

Conventional systems driven by the wind force induce the generation by rotating the rotator of the generator at high speed after the blade rotating at low speed goes through an accelerator. Also most of them is low at the usage efficiency of wind energy because of the characteristic change of wind. In this paper, for the solution of these problems and for the generation to be achieved regardless of districts and geographical features the rotation energy stored by a spring drives the compact generator, stores the electric power at batteries and supplies the power to load, continuously.<br/> The system driven by the wind force in this paper consists of a generator, an Invertor, batteries and sets for power storage with a spring. In this paper, the operation characteristics of system were analyzed through experiments for a trial product.
