중소기업의 기술준비도가 기술 혁신속도와 혁신역량, 기술만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 중소기업의 기술에 대한 수용태도로서 기술준비도가 기술 혁신속도, 혁신역량, 만족과 같은 기술적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2015년 8월, 호남지역의 중소기업 경영인 153명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 중소기업의 기술에 대한 수용태도가 기술적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 중소기업의 기술에 대한 낙관성과 혁신성은 기술혁신속도에 통계적으로 유의한 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기술에 대한 불편감은 기술혁신속도에 통계적으로 유의한 (-)의 영향을 미치지만, 불안감은 기술혁신속도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중소기업의 기술에 대한 낙관성은 기술혁신역량에 통계적으로 유의한 (+)의 영향을 미치지만, 혁신성, 불안감, 불편감은 기술혁신역량에 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 기술혁신역량 강화에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 중소기업의 기술적 성과인 기술혁신속도, 기술혁신역량, 기술만족의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 기술혁신속도와 기술혁신역량은 기술만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. This study aims to analyze the relationships between the technology readiness, the technological innovation speed, the technological innovation capability, and the technological satisfaction. In this study, we collected the 153 samples from the small firms in the Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do area of South Korea, and analyzed them by using AMOS program. We built Structural Equation Model(SEM) and revealed the following results to the attitudes towards technology of the small firms. First, we found that the ‘optimism’ and the ‘innovativeness’ towards technology had a positive influence on the ‘technological innovation speed’, and the ‘discomfort’ towards technology had a negative influence on the ‘technological innovation speed’, but the ‘insecurity’ towards technology did not have any influence on the ‘technological innovation speed’. Second, we revealed that the ‘optimism’ towards technology had a positive influence on the ‘technological innovation capability’, but the ‘innovativeness’, the ‘discomfort’, and the ‘insecurity’ towards technology did not have any influence on the ‘technological innovation capability’. Third, we recognized that ‘technological innovation speed’ had a positive influence on the ‘technological innovation capability’, and ‘technological speed and capability’ had a positive influence on the ‘technological satisfaction’.

여성 중소기업의 경영 특성이 기술수용태도에 미치는 영향

최근 여성 경영자가 운영하는 기업의 비중이 커지고 있는 가운데, 여성 경영 기업들은 자금조달, 기술혁신에서 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여성 경영 중소기업의 인적·물적 자원과 경영자 특성이 기술수준과 기술수용태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2012년 1월, 호남지역의 중소기업을 운영하고 있는 여성경제인 150명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고, 여성 중소기업의 특성과 기업의 정부지원활용 및 기술수용태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 여성 중소기업의 인적자원과 기업역량은 기업의 기술수준에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 경영자역량은 기술수준에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 반면 경영자 역량은 정부의 기업지원제도활용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 여성 경영 중소기업의 정부 기업지원제도 활용 정도는 경영자의 특성에 따라 차이가 큰 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 여성 경영 중소기업의 기술수용태도는 기술수준에 의해 유의한 영향을 받는 것으로 나타나 기업의 기술수준이 높을수록 기술에 대한 수용태도도 큰 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 기업의 경영자 특성이나 인적자원, 기업지원제도활용여부는 기술수용태도에 그다지 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the technological potentials and the human, material resources of the women entrepreneurs in the small manufacturing firms. As the women entrepreneurs are on the rapidly increase worldwide, many government support programs for firms are enforced to increase their technological potentials. However, it is difficult to evaluate whether or not the government support system for women entrepreneurs has effectively functioned. In this study, we collected the 150 samples from the women entrepreneurs in the Gwangju-city and Jeonranamdo region, and analyzed them by using SPSS program. First, we revealed that the involvement of the women top management didn"t have any influence on the technological potentials of firms but the human and material resources of the women entrepreneurs had a great influence on their technological potentials. Secondly, we showed that the human resources of the women entrepreneurs had a negative influence on the government support system for small firms, but the involvement of the women top management had a positive influence on it. Thirdly, we proposed that the technological potentials of firms had a significant influence on the technology acceptance attitude of the small firms, but the other management characteristics such as the government support programs didn"t have any influence on it.

국내기업의 팀제 도입에 따른 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구

In this study, team organizational effectiveness and effectiveness and efficiency of team was analyzed and how to grade it in company K was suggested. First, definition, purpose, precondition and management method of teams organization was explained, and then theatrical consideration was made on putting the team organization management into practices. Second, problems was explained based on that analysis. Third, methods were suggested how to cope with the situation. Major finding and some suggestion of the study in the field of management of team in company K as follws : Teams develop direction, momentum, and commitment by working to shape a meaningful purpose. Management is responsible for clarifying the charter, retionale, and leave enough flexibility for the term to develop commitment around its own spin on that purpose, set of specific goals, timing, and approach. Effective teams develop strong commitment to a common approach, that is to how they will work together to accomplish their purpose. team members must agree on how will do particular jobs, how schedules will be set and adhered to, what skills need to be developed, how continuing membership in the team is to be earned, and how the group will make and modify decisions.
