코로나19 상황에서 사회복지현장실습 지도자의 실습지도 경험: 전북지역 사회복지관 중심으로

이 연구의 목적은 코로나19 상황에서 실습지도자의 실습지도 경험을 분석하여, 실습지도 방안에 필요한 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 아동, 청소년, 노인 전 생애주기에 있는 이용자를 대상으로 하는 사회복지관에서 코로나19 발생 초기부터 지금까지 실습지도 경험이 있는 실습지도자 8명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하였으며, 질적연구방법의 하나인 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석 결과 총 46개 주제를 기반으로 16개 주제모음으로 범주화하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 5개 범주를 도출하였다. 도출된 5개 범주는 ‘어려워진 실습환경’, ‘난관 봉착’, ‘돌파구를 찾으려는 노력’, ‘역경 속 성장’, ‘코로나19 상황에서 거는 기대’로 나타났다. 연구참여자들은 코로나19로 실습을 진행할 때 힘들었지만 그러한 환경 속에서도 실습을 포기하지 않고 새로운 방법을 찾으려 노력하고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실습지도자에게 부여하는 자율성과 권한, 재난 상황에서 실습지도자들이 활용할 수 있는 명확한 지침, 실습지도 역량강화를 위한 교육프로그램의 개발, 실습관련기관들의 소통에 대한 논의를 제안하였다. The objective of this study is to provide the data necessary for the practicum instruction measures, by analyzing the supervisors’ experiences in practicum instruction under the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, this study conducted the in-depth interview with total eight supervisors who had experiences in practicum instruction from the early stage of the COVID-19 pandemic to the present, in social welfare centers for the users in the whole life cycle such as child, adolescent, and senior citizen. And the data was analyzed by using the Colaizzi’s phenomenological research method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. In the results of data analysis, it was categorized into 16 subject groups based on total 46 subjects. Based on this, total five categories were drawn. Those five drawn categories were ‘Difficult practicum environment’, ‘Face with difficulties’, ‘Efforts to find a breakthrough’, ‘Growth in hardship’, and ‘Expectation in the COVID-19 pandemic’. The results of this study showed the research participants who made efforts to find a new method without giving up the practicum, even in the difficult practicum environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on such results of this study, this study suggested the discussions of autonomy and authority given to supervisors, clear guidelines to be used by supervisors in disaster situations, development of educational programs for practicum empowerment, and communication of institutions related to practicum.
