UV curable resins have many advantages comparing to solvent based coating materials. The coating layer of UV curable resin is highly transparent and experience relatively low volume change after curing. Most of all, UV curable resins cure very fast, which is important for good productivity. But it can be difficult to control the coating condition. Through the difference of R2R and R2P, can be seen that the coating properties change depending on the atmospheric conditions. In this paper, coating properties were analyzed according to the curing state and the differences between each condition were analyze. by applying a coating process can be controlled, we can control the coating speed and improve the product characteristics. furthermore, the new process technology may be applied.
현훈(眩暈), 두통(頭痛)을 동반한 심장성(心臟性) 흉통(胸痛) 환자 1례의 한방치료에 의한 증례보고

Chest pain is classified into two major categories of cardiac chest pain and non-cardiac chest pain. Cardiac chest pain is caused by cardiovascular disease, for example, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, valvular heart disease, cardiac enlargement or hypertrophy, dissecting aortic aneurysm, pericarditis, myocarditis, etc. When the chest pain is not attributed to heart disease, it is termed non-cardiac chest pain. Non-cardiac chest pain is caused by pulmonary, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal disease, psychiatric factor, etc.In this case, we treated a 54-year old female patient who was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and suspicious sick sinus syndrome. She complained of chest pain, exertional dyspnea, dizziness and headache. For treatment, we made use of Yugultangami(六鬱湯加味) and Daejohwan(大造丸). Before and after treatment, we measured Heart rate variability(HRV).In result, the clinical symptoms were improved and there was a significant increase in assessment by Heart rate variability(HRV). This result suggests that Yugultangami and Daejowhan have a good effect on cardiac chest pain.
상압 플라즈마 표면처리에 의한 고분자 재질의 접착특성 변화

상압 플라즈마 기술은 다양한 산업분야에서 실용화가 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상압 플라즈마를 발생시켜 고분자 재료의 표면 자유에너지와 접착력의 변화를 조사하였다. 고분자 재질은 PC, PET, EVA를 사용하였으며 표면자유에너지 변화를 관찰하기 위해 Di water 와 diiodomethane을 사용하여 접촉각을 측정하였으며, 플라즈마 처리에 따른 접착력의 변화를 관찰하기 위해 PET film에 고분자 film 을 부착시켜 180° peel test를 수행하였다. 그 결과 PET film의 표면자유에너지 및 접착력이 가장 큰 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 상압 플라즈마 표면처리 공정은 film 계면의 접착력을 크게 증가시켜 주는 것을 확인하였다. Experiment on the adhesion characteristics has been conducted for the polymer films (PC, PET, EVA) treated by atmospheric pressure plasma. We chose the process parameters as frequency, gas flow, treatment time and scrutinized the effects of the process parameters on the adhesion characteristics of polymer materials. We used deionized water and diiodomethane as polar and non-polar solvents, respectively, for measuring contact angles, and subsequently calculated the surface free energy of each polymer films. Adhesion characteristics were studied in 180°. peel-off test. As the result, polymer films treated by plasma reformed the surface to hydrophilic surface, which led to an increased surface free energy, resulting in improving the adhesion properties. Through the results of contact angle, surface free energy and adhesion strength, optimum plasma treatment conditions were also obtained.
