제조 후 1년 경과된 Strand/Sliverr Particleboard의 F/U 몰비별 Formaldehyde 방출량에 관한 연구

This study was conducted in order to measure formaldehyde emission with the passing of one year from particleboard(two kinds of raw material's shape - sliver and strand) bonded with Urea resin which was made of different F/U molar ratio. The Urea resin was manufactured six kinds of Formaldehyde/Urea molar ratio 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0. Formaldehyde emission values were compared at 1, 3, 7, 15, 30, 90, 150, 250, and 365 days after board manufactured. The results were as follows : 1. I year after board manufactured, both Sliver and Strand Particleboard satisfied the emission limit (E₂: 5㎎/ℓ - F3140 classification) of KS standard with 1.0, 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6. 2. The Partidcleboards with F/U molar ratio 1.4 and 1.6 satisfied E2 limit only in 150 days and 365 days respectively. 3. Formaldehyde emission amount of Sliver Particleboard was similar to Strand Particleboard depended on each F/U molar ratio. However, the formaldehyde emission pattern was influenced with the shape of raw materials(particle shape).

This study was to measure formaldehyde emission with the passing of long time from plywood, sliverparticleboard and strandparticleboard bended with Urea-Formaldehyde resin made of different F/U molar ratios. The Urea-Formaldehyde resin was manufactured six kinds of formaldehyde/urea molar ratio 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0. The boards were made of three kinds of different kind raw materials; veneer, sliverparticle and strandparticle. Formaldehyde emission values measured at 90, 150, 250 days after beard manufactured were compared. The results were as follows: 1. The plywood manufactured with molar ratio 1.6 satisfied the KS formaldehyde emission limit of 10mg/l in 250 days. But, the plywoods with molar ratios 1.8, 2.0 didn't satisfy the KS formaldehyde emission limit of 10mg/l in 250 days. 2. The sliverPB with molar ratio 1.4 satisfied KS standard E_2 type in 150 days. The sliverPB with molar ratio 1.6 satisfied KS standard E_2 type in 250 days. But the sliverPBs with molar ratios 1.8 and 2.0 didn't satisfy KS standard E_2 type in 250 days. 3. The strandPB with molar ratios 1.4 and 1.6 satisfied KS standard E_2 type in 250 days. But strandPB with molar ratios 1.8, 2.0 didn't satisfy KS standard E_2 type in 250 days.
