노인 일자리사업 참여노인의 직무만족이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 자본 매개효과를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 노인일자리사업 참여노인들의 직무만족도가 성공적 노화에 미치고 있는 영향과 사회적자본의 매개효과, 즉 변수에 따라 참여노인들의 직무만족도가 높아짐에 따른 관계성들을 도출하기 위하여 IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22.0 프로그램과 AMOS 22 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 직무만족, 사회적 자본은 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 결과 직무만족의 요인 중 직무자체 만족과 동료만족이 성공적 노화에 정(+)의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 자본이 성공적 노화에 미치고 있는 영향에 대한 분석 결과 사회적 자본의 요인 중 참여, 신뢰, 규범이 정(+)의 영향력을 성공적 노화에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무만족과 성공적 노화와의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과에 대한 검증 결과 직무만족은 사회적 자본을 매개로 성공적 노화에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나 사회적 자본이 직무만족과 성공적 노화의 미치는 영향의 인과관계에서 정(+)적 부분 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 보면 노인일자리사업에 참여하고 있는 노인들의 직무만족이 성공적 노화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있으며 사회적 자본이 성공적 노화에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 직무만족은 사회적 자본을 매개로 하여 성공적 노화에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 검증하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job satisfaction on successful aging and the mediating effect of social capital on the elderly ' And AMOS 22 statistical program. The results were as follows. First, job satisfaction and social capital have an effect on successful aging according to general characteristics of survey subjects. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on successful aging, job self - satisfaction and peer satisfaction have positive influence on successful aging. Third, the analysis of the effects of social capital on successful aging showed that participation, trust, and norm among the factors of social capital have positive (+) influence on successful aging. Fourth, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of social capital on the relationship between job satisfaction and successful aging, job satisfaction has a positive effect on successful aging through social capital. Therefore, social capital is influenced by job satisfaction and the effect of successful aging The positive (+) partial mediating effect appears to exist in the causal relationship. The results of this study show that the job satisfaction of the elderly participating in the elderly job has a positive effect on the successful aging and that the social capital has an important influence on the successful aging. Also, job satisfaction has positive effects on successful aging through social capital.
