지리산 계곡부 침엽수 및 활엽수 임분의 테르펜류 잔존량 특성

본 연구는 지리산 천은사 계곡부 침엽수림, 피아골 계곡부 활엽수을 대상으로 월별, 시간별, 계절별에 따른 임분 내 테르펜 잔존량 특성을 규명하고자 수행하였다. 테르펜 잔존량 조사는 2015년 5월부터 10월까지 매월 1회, 24시간(12시부터 익일 12시까지) 측정하였으며 3개의 Plot를 설치하여 산림의 건강·활력도 조사를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 천은사 침엽수 임분의 입목밀도는 350본/ha, 피아골 활엽수 임분의 입목밀도는 600본/ha으로 나타났으나 천은사 침엽수림이 더 높은 임목축적을 보였고, 또한 피아골의 활엽수림보다 산림 건강·활력도 점수는 4.4점이 높았다. 둘째, 천은사 침엽수림의 테르펜 총 잔존량은 5월중 1,857pptv로 가장 높았고, 피아골의 테르펜 농도는 7월의 1,317pptv로 나타났다. 테르펜 주요 구성성분은 2개소 모두 α-pinene 테르펜이 가장 높은 구성비를 보였다. 셋째, 월별 잔존량 총합을 시간대별로 살펴보면 천은사 침엽수림은 12시부터 15시 까지의 시간대에서 최고치를 나타냈으나, 피아골의 활엽수림은 거의 일정한 수준을 보이다가 21시부터 00시까지에 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 결과들은 지리산을 찾는 탐방객들 및 산림치유분야 연구에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study was conducted to investigate the characteristics on the residual amount of terpenes in stand according to the month, hour, season at Coniferous and Broad-leaved forests, Jiri Mt. Valley. The residual amount of terpenes was measured once a month, 24 hours from May to October 2015(from 12:00 to 12:00 the next day), Forest Health Monitoring was conducted by installing three plot. As a result, First, The stand density of Coniferous forests in Choneunsa was 350 trees/ha, The stand density of Broad-leaved forests in Piagol was 600 trees/ha. The growing stock was higher in the Coniferous forests of Choneunsa, and Forest Health Monitoring score was 4.4 point higher in the Coniferous forests of Choneunsa than Broad-leaved forests of Piagol. Second, the residual amount of terpenes in Coniferous forests was the highest in May, 1,857pptv and the residual amount of terpenes in Broad-leaved forests was the highest in July, 1,317pptv. And α-pinene was a major component of the residual amount of terpenes in all plot(Coniferous and Broad-leaved forests). Thirdly, Looking at the monthly residual amount by time, the residual amount of terpenes in Choneunsa reached a record highs at from 12pm to 15pm. But the residual amount of terpenes in Piagol was maintained at a constant level, And then, It has tended to increase at from 21pm to 12am. The results presented in this study will be used as the basic data to visitor in Jiri Mt. and to research of Forest healing.
