Given that the number of cancer survivors increases, the purpose of this study in terms of leisure activity though racquetball is twofold. First, this paper studies cancer survivors` experiences on racquetball and seeks the chance for their lives rich and rich. Second, this study also examines the chance for using racquetball as a means to improve the life quality of future cancer survivors. According to cancer survivors, they took cancer as their destiny at first, but they also had various experiences through cancer curing processes, in which leisure activities played crucial roles for recuperation. They thought it very hard but also invaluable experiences, and cancer curing processes could provide an opportunity to retrospect their lives. Furthermore, the changes of life pattern caused by cancer curing processes let them appreciate the value of family more deeply and all environments around them. Throughout all these curing processes, leisure activities requiring physical movements played crucial roles for obtaining these consequences.
