This study involves consideration of the pension system for the disabled. Most of the Korean disabled people(especially the severely disabled people) are hard up in poverty. Most of them aren't employed. Most of them don't be guaranteed income by the government. A few of them are granted the disablement allowance. They need to have a minimum cost of living. The national pension doesn't guarantee them. They want the pension for the disabled without contribution. This pension has to go into effect in Korea. The legal system of the pension for the disabled has to be enacted. This study insist on enforcement of the pension through the theoretical explain. 무기여 장애인연금제도의 도입 논의는 2002년부터 중증장애인들을 중심으로 하여 본격적인 논의가 시작되었고, 최근 이명박 정부의 장애인정책5개년계획에도 포함되어 있어 장애인계의 우선과제로 대두되고 있다. 이때에 우리나라 장애인 소득보장제도의 현주소를 돌아보고, 외국의 장애인 소득보장 제도를 아울러 살펴보면서 그간 논의되어왔던 장애인연금법제 도입방안에 대한 분석과 비교를 함으로써 향후 우리나라 장애인연금제도 도입에 방향과 시사성을 주고자 하였다. 결론적으로는 무기여장애인연금제의 도입은 헌법상 보장된 기본권의 하나로서 인식되어야 하며, 기초노령연금도 실시되고 있어 더 이상 미룰 수 없는 정책으로서, 중증장애인들의 절박한 생존권보장을 외면하여서는 안될 것이다. 정치권에서는 2002년 대선 때부터 시작하여 지난 2007년 대선, 2008년 총선에서도 이미 공약사항으로 되어왔다. 따라서 장애인연금제도의 도입은 장애인 소득보장과 직결되는 문제이기 때문에 더 이상 미룰 수 없는 우선적인 현안과제이며, 현행 장애수당 제도도 살려나가면서 보완적으로 장애인연금제도를 장애라는 특성으로 인한 소득상실에 따른 소득보전급여로서 도입한다면 우리나라 장애인복지의 새로운 지평을 여는 것이 될 것이다.

Influenced by Constructivism Art, Constructivism theatre projected the future with the help of participating artists and the development of new technologies. Therefore, this thesis studied the stage costumes in the plays of Meyerhold who represented Constructivism Play and showed its characteristics. The stage costumes in Meyerhold's plays followed the rules of Constructivism Play and showed several unique characteristics, such as the Bio-mechanic as a characteristic in his plays, functionality that facilitated the movement based on Taylorism, simple shapes, and easy cutting. Constructive artists saw the stage of constructive plays as a laboratory where they can display their designs, directly portraying future life forms through stage costumes and props. Stage costumes were no more a supporting tool that had described the play. Following the new concept of stage costumes, working costumes and stage costumes came to be regarded as the same. In turn, this led to new models and special costumes such as sportswear or specialized garments. Constructivism artists foresaw the future through the plays, with their fundamental basis for stage costumes shown in the later works of ordinary costumes.
