The recent power systems are very complex and to model them completely is impractical for analysis of electromagnetic transient. Therefore areas outside the immediate area of interest must be represented by some form of Frequency Dependent Network Equivalent (FDNE). In this paper a method for developing Frequency Dependent Network Equivalent (FDNE) using Z-domain rational Function Fitting is presented and demonstrated. The FDNE is generated by Linearized Least Squares Fitting(LSF) of the frequency response of a Z-domain formulation. This Three-port FDNE have been applied to the test AC power system. The electromagnetic transient package PSCAD/EMTDC is used to assess the transient response of the Three-port FDNE developed under different condition. The study results have indicated the robustness and accuracy of Three-port FDNE for analisys of electromagnetic transient and harmonic assessment.

The design of a measurement system to perform Harmonic State Estimation (HSE) is a very complex problem. In particular, the number of harmonic instruments available is always limited. Therefore, a systematic procedure is needed to design the optimal placement of measurement points. This paper presents a new HSE algorithm which is based on an optimal placement of measurement points using Intelligent Algorithms (IAs). This HSE has been applied to the Simulation Test Power System for the validation of the new HSE algorithm. The study results have indicated an economical and effective method for optimal placement of measurement points using Intelligent Algorithms (IAs) in the Harmonic State Estimation (HSE).

Recently, due to increasing the application of power electronic equipment, harmonics generated from the non-liner load are fairly produced. Harmonics can cause a variety of problems such as the overheating of distribution transformer, the breakdown of device and communication interference. Interest about power quality decline of power system is very increased. In this paper, we are measured the harmonic voltage and current of power system to analyze harmonic characteristics, and it is analyzed Total Harmonic Distortion(THD). Also, we are modeled power system using PSCAD/EMTDC. And it is analyzed harmonic voltage and current in steady-state. The study results have been indicated the utility about harmonics analysis and modelling for power system.

Most of electrical installation and construction specifications consist of many letters as non-visual format. Therefore writing specification for installation and construction is so difficult to make easier to user. And it could not be an effective work to make a specification and make an accident or disabled facilities and equipments. Hence we need to develop the program that makes a specification of electrical installation and construction due to need a safety and coherence.

The costs accumulation by Historical construction costs in the electrical construction have to be operated gradually from construction order institution by possible fine quality costs accumulation and operated side by side with a trial the cost accounting process. To achieve gradually accumulated work sections of announced actual costs at a management agency is a desirable method that removes a negative elements at early stage of the system. It has the actual construction cost controlling agency and execution plan a conference with the ordering agency ordering method and history characteristic and the trial base of the universal drawing as to the controlling agency, is needed for the comprehensive system management.
