Matching transformer in Dynamic Voltage Compensator is needed for grid connection and isolation. Flux saturation in transformer will be occurred by voltage of transformer from inverter and DC offset voltage and flux saturation makes over current in transformer. In this paper, mathematical modeling of matching transformer is proposed for flux saturation simulation of Dynamic Voltage Compensator.

The recent growth in the use of impactive and nonlinear loads, elec-tronic, and medical devices sensitive to power quality has caused many power quality problems and power supply-and-demand problem. Recently, in power system, not only the reliability of the power supply but also the DVR(Dynamic Voltage Restorer), UPS, and APF are being studied more and more. Hence, in this paper, Voltage sag detection algo-rithm for voltage sag corrector is proposed. Also, simple circuit for the experimental voltage sag is introduced.
UPS의 안정성 향상을 위한 스너브 회로용 커패시터 구조 설계 개선 연구

To operate the large capacitor UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply), it is necessary to improve the characteristics of capacitor of snubber circuit which is able to fit high electric power, high frequency of inverter circuit switching. This study is to improve conventional standard type of capacitor and develop the new standard series type. In experiment on allowable current, maximum allowable current of the new capacity were increased more than 30[%] compared to conventional capacitor. In experiment on charge and discharge test, change of loss on tangent ô in new capac-itor was decreased compare to conventional one. These results show that the new capac-itor is more stable type. Also, the new capacity to study in this paper in this study have improved loss tangent and kept outside temperature below 5 degrees. So it expect effect to prevent environ-mental pollutions As a result of this study, there will be lots of application for improving inverter and snubber circuit besides UPS from now on. it will apply to I I range, UPS and IH rice cooker, induction water heater, boiler, eleva-tor, electrical carand and so on. The new capacitor to study in this paper is expected toapply to the range of its potential application.

We developed automatic broadcasting system with multipurpose of water level detection and refuge warning and disaster prevention using functions of MP3 player. The system usually works while 24 hours per one day and detects water level using sensors and automatically broadcasts to camping man when water level is high at valley. In this paper, the method of Space-Vector Pluse Width Modulation(SVPWM) with Fuzzy Logic Regulator(FLR) is proposed. In a conventional SVPWM. the procedures of phase transformation and choosing PWM patterns are complex. So, it should be implemented with to reduce a calculation burden, a proposed system adopts FLR. Using a linguistic control strategy based on expert knowledge. FLR relieves the processor from a heavy computations. In simulations. the proposed system is validated.

We can know to play an important role for telecommunication sys-tem in information society in the future and in management/main-tenance of the most telecommunication facilities. In this paper, a new traffic control architecture is proposed by adding traffic control functions to current intelligent network sys-tem with service control mechanism. The new traffic control archi-tecture system is developed and the processing flow of traffic control informations is defined. The architecture system is applied useful to management and con-trol telecommunication traffic. And it is expected to offer significant potential benifits: improved network performance, reduced network and more efficient costs.

In this paper, we propose new service system by co-working of telephone/announcement mail box service system and personal number service system in intelligent network system and by adding intelligent service function to current telecommunication system. This propo-sed service system is applied usefully to maintenance and management facility of electronic, mechanical, fire system and so on. We develop new service system and define description service system and analyze service processing flow by simulating service function.
경계요소법을 이용한 J-적분의 수행을 통한 응력확대계수 결정에 관한 연구

The boundary element method is applied to perform a stresses, displacements, strain energy density, etc at boundary and internal points and the stress intensity factors are compu-ted through the integral. The J-integral is the most efficient thechnique used in the dual boundary element method to solve general crack problems. This method is implemented automatically by considering a small circular contour path around each crack tip. The integration along this path relies upon the values of the elastic field at a set of internal points. Since the exact variation of the interior elastic field is built into the fundamental solution of the boundary element method, the combination of these techniques is now widely regrded as the most accurate numerical tool for the analysis of crack problems in linear elastic fracture mechanics. In this study, The boundary element method is used to determine the Stress Intensity Factors of cracks emanating from a circular hole at finite width plate subject to unixial tension. The results are compared with kitagawa &Yuuki and J.C. Newman results for cracks emanating from a circular hole in the finite plate. The results of S. L F (K) and Correction Factor F, arc Summarized as ſallow. 1) The numerical solution provides accurate results for the stress intensity factor as well as exact solution. 2) The results obtained from the above element with only a few boundary clements are quite accurate. Therefore, it seems to be demonstrated that stress intensity factors may be determined efficiently for nonlinear cracks in complicated structures. 3) The Correction Factor F is influenced by the ratio "2R/W"
