Catenary maintains the tension of the catenary using automatic tensioning devices to meet performance require ments exhibited by the house is generated in accordance with the new external temperature changes. Double spring type autom a tic tensioning device is permanent and does not require the usual maintenance, and a deterioration due to no recognizable ab normalities characteristic of the nature of the internal state has the disadvantage that can not be confirmed. The disassembled for automatic spring-tension capabilities ensure efficient operation and life expectancy of the adjustment device via a check by analyzing the changes in old age determine the remaining lifetime is expected to be available as a basis for maintenance in the future.
고속철도 전차선로 드로퍼 클램프 내구성 기준 정립에 관한 연구

The high-speed railway of catenary system, supplies a stable electric power supply to the train by satisfying the special conditions between pantograph and trolley wire, which operates more than 250㎞/h mutually sliding and feeding electric lines. According to Korean Railway Standard KRS PW 0026-13 (R), the standard for the grip strength of the dropper clamp in conventional line is established, but the high-speed railway line is not yet. When the grip strength of the dropper clamp is detached from the catenary line of the high-speed railway line, various problems may occur, such as damage to the pantograph due to the collision and arcing. In this paper, it is expected to be used as a basic data for establishing the durability criteria of the high-speed railway dropper clamp by verifying the dropper clamp on the Gyeong-bu and Honam high-speed line.

In this paper, catenary wires were analyzed aging through the experiment about a new product and a test sample in accordance with temperature changes from long-term use. In case of the contact wire, the maximum load was reduced within 7% and the tensile strength showed a reduced within 6.7% compared with a new reference standard 110㎣. 19 Strands of messenger wire have a little more than a standard value, but result data on tensile test were less than the reference value about stranded wire. Also parts among 49 strands of dropper was found to be smaller than the reference value and it appeared greatly increasing intensity as toward the center of the strand.

The contact wire used in the electric railways is expanded and contracted according to the as a function of temperature, and the tension on the contact wire would be changed due to the elastic expansion caused by aging and abrasion. In the case of outdoor temperature rising, the contact wire would be expanded, and the tension on the wire decreased, then sagging of the contact wire could be occurred. When the pantographs of the rolling stock come through the section of contact wire sagged, the contact wire could be broken consequently because of the incomplete contact and arc caused by vibration of the overhead, and expedited abrasion on the contact wire and pantograph. On the other way, the outdoor temperature dropping, the tension on the contact wire would be increased and the wire lifted up. Then it harms the equilibrium of the contact wire, and constant electricity collection of the pantograph. In this study a diagnostic analysis with precise decomposition for the decrepit wheel type automatic tensioning device(2 ton) accorded with the KRS-PW 0010-18(R) was carried out and tried to figure out the operation status of the device, and to identify the possibility of life time extension and the aging changes, so that the maintenance policy optimized for the tensioning device would be suggested through this study.
