        레저스포츠시설의 서비스공정성과 고객몰입, 고객충성도 및 참여지속의사의 관계

        This study is to provide fundamental data and information on leisure sport facilities industry by studying what effects of service fairness on customer commitment, customer loyalty and intension of participation continuity in leisure sport facilities. Through the way of improving and gaining a competitive management efficiency, customers demand high quality services that clients have to increase customer commitment and customer loyalty, building a positive image in a diversified market environment. The results were as follows. First. service fairness had no effects on customer commitment. Second, service fairness showed (+) effects on customer loyalty. Third, service fairness had no effects on intension of participation continuity. Fourth, customer commitment showed (+) effects on intension of participation continuity. Fifth, customer loyalty showed (+) effects on intension of participation continuity. Sixth, customer loyalty showed (+) effects on customer commitment.

      • 職場人의 스포츠 동호인활동과 職場滿足의 관계

        The present study compared the job satisfaction of employees between those who participate in sports club activities and those who do not. The subjects of the study were 400 employess from large companies which have more than 500 employees in Seoul area. 200 were members of sport clubs, and the 200 were not. The data were collected by selfadministered questionnaires, and were analyzed on SPSS/?? program. T-tests, correlation analyses and path analyses were used to analyze the data. The following findings were obtained. 1. Participation in sports club actiities decreased the employees' physical stress. 2. Participation in sports club activities decreased the employees' job-related stress arising from role ambiguity, organizational structure, communication, and relationships with co-workers and subordinates. 3. Participation in sports club activities increased the employees' job satisfaction related to overall and specific satisfaction with jobs, career, job involvement, and self esteem. 4. Participation in sports club activities increases job satisfaction directly in that it decreases job-related stress and indirectly in that it decreases physical stress, which affects job-related stress.
