Recently the utility of vehicle is getting an increasing preference due to the recreation and leisure in modern life. To reflect the needs of consumer, RV gives the number of passenger on board is more compared to the normal vehicle. And the load space is variable. The feature space for variable sheets is being developed to take the advantages of sheet stored in the storage. If necessities are being developed it is possible to reset the sinking seat. Due to heavy weight sinking seat resetting is difficult and uncomfortable for elder & women while the driving to work. Weight reducing method or Working resistance reducing method or Electric driven supplement method can be to make the resetting of sinking easy & comfortable for elder & women. Electrical sheet manual compared to the existing offer convenience. But the drawback is increasing for the number of parts. For the development of a computer map of review it is needed the modular and light weight components. This study analyses the movement of sinking seat is powered by electric resetting containment and structural design for the proposed plan. And the result is verified by the validity of Simulation. The simplification of the structure through the main parts of lightening modular structures.

Whiplash injuries of the neck are one of the most common injuries reported from automotive rear-end collision. Automobile seat back and head restraint plays a safety role to reduce the neck injury during low speed rear-end-collisions. Now a days many research undergoes to control this injury but we need more to research on this topic. In this research paper, It describes the causes of occurring neck injury by analysing the rear-end-collisions. The structure model was suggested and analyzed the link structure to reduce the contact time and backset on the head restraints. In addition, computer simulation was conducted to analysis the feasibility of a mechanism connection on the head restraint of the dynamic analysis.

Driving module of automatic sinking seat is designed by multi-stage gear drive. The goal of the proposed paper is to present the structural design of the sinking seat driving module. The validation of result is verified through gear simulation. The major part can be modularized by the application of simplify and lightening.
