몽골은 전체 인구의 30%가 수도에 밀집되어 있다. 수도와 다른 지역 간의 인구 격차로 인하여. 의료 서비스의 질은 평등하지 않다. 이러한 불평등을 해소하기 위하여 M -LIM S 를 활용한 이동식 진료 시스템을 설계하고 구현 한다. M-LIMS를 활용한 시스템에는 환자 차트 작성, 의사 간 차트 공유, 차트 규격화, 원격 진료 등의 기능이 있다. 몽골의 지역 특성을 고려하여 그에 따른 활용 방안을 제시한다. 30 percent of Mongolian population is concentrated in the between the capital and other areas, there is a difference in order to resolve this issue of medical benefit inequality, treatm ent system using ‘M-LIMS’ is proposed for real-life M-LIMS to be designed will include functions such as composing, sharing charts among doctors, standardizing charts. M-LIMS will be designed considering M ongols regional characteristics, and application plans will be proposed accordingly.

Despite the continual growth of IT outsourcing market, the outsourcing contracts are mostly short-term contracts. Because these short-term contracts need continual recontracts, the research on the factors that influence the outsourcing recontracts is needed. This research has been done to find out the factors of making the outsourcing recontracts successfully by stating the relationship between outsourcing recontract and the outsourcing performance factors. As a result of this research, customer factors and innovation factors are found to be influential factors on whether you make a recontract or not. And also the research have showed customer factors are major decision criteria on outsourcing recontracts.

In this research, we've studied to the software productivity and quality measures and metrics for raise up the advanced software industry. For the purpose, we've studied relative research and reorganized 74 metrics. Reorganized 74 metrics were developed considering scalability, measurement and acquisition possibility and verified by software development experts. Finally, we've conducted a survey on the high measurement possibility metrics. Data were gathered from 20 software development project. It was found from the result need more efforts for the software development productivity improvement for advanced software industry
정보시스템 감리의 충실성이 고객 만족도와 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향

This research is to suggest the factor which is effecting on the information system audit fidelity in the perspective of audit procurer, to develop the measure to evaluate it, to investigate the audit performance and project performance for comparison the audit fidelity between the audit teams.<BR> As the analysis results, we found that the audit service factors can be divided to the expert knowledge of auditor and the project attributes itself. It means these factors are the major measures for the audit fidelity. In this research, the hypothesis of this study model is verified throughout the factor and corelation analysis, and the structured equation model is applied.<BR> Analysis results show that all relations between the factors are significant statistically. The audit service factors has an effect on audit fidelity. Also the information system audit fidelity can be affect on the project performance, audit performance and customer satisfaction. So, in conclusion, we need to judge closely the audit service factors affecting the audit fidelity for the enhancement of the project performance, audit performance and customer satisfaction.
성공적인 전사적 아키텍처 구축을 위한 위험요인에 관한 연구

Today, Organizations should be equipped with flexibility in order to cope with rapidly changing environment in management. By doing so, they are able to grow and obtain their superior competitiveness in highly developed economic arena. Recently, Enterprise Architecture is actively constructed to perform such a change flexibly. In this regard, it is crucial to figure out some risk factors for the organizations that place an order. Besides, it is also important to find out the quality of EA and some risk factors caused by the organizations that receive an order. Lastly, it is absolutely important to verify the relationship between such factors and outcomes of EA. In this aspect, this study will verify risk factors made by the former organizations and investigate the quality of EA and its outcome by proving the said relationship. In doing so, it will suggest an appropriate direction for the companies that will build up or perform EA successfully.

항공기 사고 중에서 주요 원인 중 하나인 조종상태 지상충돌(Controlled Flight Into Terrain, CFIT)을 해결하기 위하여 대지 접근 경고 장치(Ground Proximity Warning System, GPWS)를 사용하여 항공기 아랫부분의 지형에 대해서 지형충돌 경고를 출력한다. 이러한 대지 접근 경고 장치도 적시에 경고가 발생하지 않아 많은 문제가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 비행 상태와 지형정보를 이용하여 속도가 빠르고, 고기동을 하는 전투기에 대해서 보다 효율적인 지형/장애물 충돌 회피 경고 알고리듬을 개발하였다. 이 알고리듬에는 조종사의 반응시간을 포함하여 항공기의 지연시간을 고려하였고, 일련의 검증을 통해 실제 탑재 가능한 알고리듬을 제시하였다. CFIT(Controlled Flight Into Terrain) is one of the major causes of aircraft accidents. In order to solve this problem, GPWS(Ground Proximity Warning System) is used to generate terrain collision warning using the distance between the aircraft and the underneath ground. Since the GPWS uses the vertical clearance only, it frequently generates false warnings. In this study, a terrain/obstacle collision avoidance warning algorithm was developed for fast flying and highly maneuvering fighters using the flight status and the geographic information. This algorithm condsiders the overall delay in the aircraft reactive motion including the pilot’s reaction time. The paper presents a detailed logic and test methods.
