Recently, the solar cell current formula based on 1-diode equivalent circuit model is modeled. Solar cell as increse temperature falls output. So, Among the formula variable is included temperature factor. But, it is temperature factor only diode current L<SUB>d</SUB>. Component of the series resistance in pv module is made up mostly of metal. The metal rises the resistance when increse temperature. And this phenomenon is going to affects irs. So. in this paper, the component of the sereis resistance by temperature researched changing effects.
