본 논문에서는 농산물 구매시장에서의 경매 또는 입찰방법에 대한 예외적 매매방법인 정가수의매매제도에 대한 거래 실태 조사 및 분석을 통해 정가수의매매제도의 활성화 방안을 모색해 보았다. 정가수의매매제도를 통해 산지에서는 사전에 출하물량이 확정되어 일정기간 지속적이고 안정적인 거래가 가능하다. 그리고 도매시장에서는 가격의 불안정성을 해소할 수 있으며 또한 경매 대기시간에 따른 기회비용을 최소화할 수 있다는 효과가 있다. 하지만 우리나라에서는 해결해나가야 할 문제점을 안고 있다. In this study, we tred to revitalize the fixed price trading system through investigation and analysis of the actual situation of transactions of the fixed price trading system which is an expection marketing method of auction and bidding method. According to the fixed price trading system, the shipment quantity is confirmed in advance and continuous and stable transaction are possible for a certain period. Plus, In the wholesale market, price instability can be resolved and the effect that the opportunity cost due to the auction standby time can be minimized. However, Our society still has problems to be solved.
