Electronic proportional control valve of the open-loop system control. Recently to improve the precision and hysteresis, closed-loop system is developed by using the control technology. The object of this study is the electronic proportional valve feedback controller. We aleady developed HILS(Hardware In the Loop System) and Modeling of the valve through construct valve S/W. Amplifier and modeling part of valve connect by using NI CRIO. And, made in the from of one board sample. But, valve modeling is a lack. but valve modeling will improve by using the HILS equipment. Furthermore, using the model of the valve amplifier will improve the optimal algorithm.
