In this paper the thermal aging characteristics of transformer fluid were considered. First, the temperature rise characteristic in transformer winding was discussed. The temperatures were rapidly increased immediately with applying load and then the temperature was followed the exponential temperature rise model. Next, Capacitance and leakage current characteristics of the transformer fluid were measured during the over-loading operation. The capacitance of vegetable fluid and leakage current were evidently increased wit aging time. So the simple methods could be applied to diagnosis of the transformer aging.
가공배전계통에서 중성선과 가공지선 혼용 운용의 실효성 평가

In overhead distribution system, overhead ground wire and neutral wire are parallel connected to offer the electrical power energy and protect damage of lightning strokes. Therefore a case where the two wires become single wire, the power company can get the benefit such as installation cost saving and line fault protection by simplify of distribution line. This paper describes the result of impulse test in both system ; one is the present distribution system, the other is unified power system parallel connected overhead ground wire and neutral wire. As a result of this simulation, the present power system get lower over voltage than the unified power system.

This paper describes the transient phenomena considering transformer model in combined distribution systems with power cables. To evaluate the overvoltage, the change of transformer model and system structure are considered. Transformer parameters calculated by BCTRAN of EMTP are considered to evaluate surge generation in underground distribution systems when underground distribution system has various parameters. It is evaluated that overvoltage value increases and decreases according to the structure of system. However it is confirmed that there is not much effect to overvoltage as transformer is operated in distribution line.

본 논문에서는 전력시장 환경에 있어서 신재생 에너지를 포함한 마이크로그리드의 최적운영을 위한 발전계획 방안을 제시하였다. 마이크로그리드는 전력과 동시에 열을 공급할 수 있는 소규모 전력공급시스템으로 경제성 확보를 위한 운전최적화 알고리즘이 필요하다. 따라서 신재생 에너지는 발전 즉시 부하에 전력을 공급하도록 하고, 배터리는 부하평준화에 이용한다. 동적계획법을 적용하여 마이크로그리드 운전에 따른 수익 최대화가 가능한 마이크로그리드 운전 최적화 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 독립운전 및 계통연계 운전모드에서 개발 프로그램의 사레연구를 통해 프로그램의 유효성을 보이고 있다. 제안된 마이크로그리드 최적운영 프로그램은 향후 마이크로그리드 시장이 형성되면 마이크로그리드의 경제적 운전기법 개발에 적용이 가능하다. This paper addresses unit commitment for microgrid optimization including renewable energy sources, working under deregulated power market. As microgrid supplies both heat and electricity for consumer, operational optimization must be done to meet their demand economically. So renewable energy sources are considered to be negative load, and batteries are used as the load flattening device to raise possibly operational function. In the state of solution, the program is developed to solve out the maximum profit of microgrid using dynamic programming method. Finally, its validity is verified through case study in isolation mode and interconnected mode. The S/W will be used to operate microgrid economically after the market of microgrid is formed.

In this paper variety test results were discussed regarding to the ground potential increase. The tests conducted with a joint box simulating leakage point having an insulator fault. Inside the joint box three-phase cables and one neutral line were connected and the insulator at jointed part was peeled from the one of three-phase cables. The potentials around manhole cover were measured with the variation of manhole material, ground resistance and water resistance when the manhole was flooded. The potentials induced by an electric leakage were drastically decreased with increasing the distance from the leakage location and with less ground resistance.
