베이비붐 세대의 투자역량 강화를 위한 국가적 관심 제고에 관한 연구 : 인공지능과 패밀리오피스의 자산운용 환경에 즈음하여

베이비붐 세대들은 1950년대 중반부터 1970년대 초반 출생자들이다. 이 세대들은 초중등 대학의 각급 교육을 마치고, 체계적인 직장생활을 안정적으로 시작한 세대이면서 자기 저축으로 장기적으로 주택을 장만하기 시작한 세대이고 후에 연금과 자기 저축도 가진 세대들이다. 그러나 향후 미래의 금리는 장기적인 저금리가 불가피해지면서 미래 생존 기간이 길어지게 되면 적극적인 투자자산 운용의 필요성이 증대되는 세대들이다. 한국경제가 빠른 속도로 과학기술과 첨단장비와 소재 및 부품 등으로 이동해 가고 있어서 만일 직접투자 방식의 투자자산 운용에 있어서 미래산업의 가치 식별과 이익창조 유망도 등을 스스로 분석하기가 쉽지 않은 세대들이기도 하다. 또한, 이제 미래 자산시장은 불특정 다수의 합리적 기대가설 이론 시장이 아니라 철저한 시장 분할 가설이 나타날 것을 예견할 수 있다. 시장 분할 가설이란 한 시장 내에서 서로 다른 기대와 위험이 존재하여 적용하는 기대수익률이 다르다는 것을 의미한다, 이러한 사회변화 이면에는 패밀리오피스(family office)나 사모펀드의 형태로 특정한 가문의 자산만을 관리하거나 소수의 부유층만 다루는 전문 인공지능 투자서비스가 등장하여 사회 전반에 많은 영향력으로 작용할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 베이비붐 세대가 노년층이 되기 전에 투자역량 강화를 위하여 베이비붐 세대가정의 자기 재정이 자생적으로 지켜지고 지혜롭게 적절한 수익이 일반적으로 구조화되도록, 국가는 베이비붐 세대들의 적절한 투자정보망의 협력적 공유와 합리적인 장기보유 투자와 건전한 이성적 적정투자의 사회교육 환경을 지자체와 관련 전문기관과 공조하여 꾸준히 지원하고 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. Baby boomers are born from the mid-1950s to the early 1970s. These are those who have completed various levels of education at primary and secondary universities, who have started a systematic work life in a stable manner, who have started to buy long-term housing with their own savings, and later have pensions and self-saves. However, future interest rates are likely to increase the need for active investment management as long-term low interest rates become inevitable. The Korean economy is fast technology and state-of-the-art equipment and materials and parts moved to and if direct way to invest in asset management industry in the future. Identify the values and interests, creativity coming back on their own analysis is not easy to generations as well. In addition, the future asset market can now predict that there will be a thorough market split hypothesis, not an unspecified number of reasonable expected theoretical markets. Market split hypothesis means that the expected rate of return applied by the existence of different expectations and risks within a market is different. Behind these social changes will be the family office or private equity fund, professional artificial intelligence investment services that manage only certain families assets or deal with only a small number of wealthy people, which will have a significant impact on society as a whole. Therefore, this study suggests that the state should continue to support and pay attention to the cooperative sharing of the appropriate investment information network of baby boomers and the social education environment of reasonable long-term investment and sound rational investment in order to enhance their investment capacity before the baby boomers become older, so that the self-financing of baby boomers is self-sustained and wisely structured.
