청소년의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 보호체계 요인에 관한 연구

이 연구는 사회적 보호요인이 청소년의 학교적응도에 미치는 영향을 분석 하였다. 청소년과 학교특성에 비추어 볼 때, 청소년의 학교에의 적응은 교육적, 발달적 측면에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 그러나 청소년은 다양한 사회적 환경에 속해 있기 때문에 학교에의 적응을 단편적으로 설명하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년의 개인적, 가정적, 사회적 보호요인이 학교적응도에 어떻게, 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 확인해 보았다.<BR> 본 연구는 전라북도 전주시와 근교에 위치한 5개 고등학교 학생 732명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과, 변량분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다.<BR> 분석결과는 고등학교 청소년이 학교에 적응하는 요인과 그 맥락을 확인할 수 있으며, 이것은 청소년의 건강한 발달과 교육적 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 정보와 시사점을 제공할 것이라 여겨진다. This study analyzes school adjustment of adolescent to social protection factors. In considering the nature of adolescents and schools, school adjustment for adolescents has great significance from the education and development perspectives. However, since adolescents belong to many types of social environment, there is a limit to explaining school adjustment simply. Therefore this study examines how and to what degree personal, family and social of protection factor influence school adjustment,<BR> The subjects of the research were 5 high schools, 732 students in the Jeon buk Province. And we used SPSS 12.0 program for evaluate the influence of protective factors to the frequency of statistics, the differences by groups and regression analysis.<BR> The finding of this study confirms the main factors influencing school adjustment of high school students and their connections. It will provide a framework for promoting the sound development of adolescents, and in raising educational efficiency.
