Bi₂Sr₂Ca( Cu₁_xFex)₂O8+δ (x=0, x=0.003) 단결정의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

The Electrical Properties ofBi₂Sr₂Ca( Cu₁_xFex)₂O8+δ (x=0.003) single crystal have been studied. The single crystal is grown in air by developed directional solidification method. We measured Pab, Pc by standard four probe and direct four probe method. The resistivity in c-axis is much larger than that in ab-plane. Under magnetic field, ∧T of Bi₂Sr₂Ca Cu₂O8+δ is much larger than that of Bi₂Sr₂Ca( Cu₁_xFex)₂O8+δ (x=0.003). This can be explained by magnetic flux flow. Hall experiment indicated that sample was not good in quality as a metal when it is in normal state and the carrier was p-type. The temperature-dependence of Hall coefficient is measured at H=0.3T. The carrier is changed from p-type to n-type in Tc.
