한 중 일 아파트 평면에서 나타난 전통성 개념과 상호 연관성 연구

주택은 삶의 형태는 물론 인생의 철학이나 가치를 반영한 것이다. 또한 한 나라의 문화를 이해하려면 다른 나라의 문화도 이해 해야 한다. 이러한 점에서 한 중 일 아파트 평면의 비교는 큰 의미가 있다. 한국 , 중국 , 일본의 현대적 주거 특성을 비교하여 상대적인 정체성을 도출할 필요가 있는 것이다. 한국과 중국 그리고 일본의 경우 공통점을 공유하면서도 역사적으로 서로 다른 발전 과정을 거치면서 독자적인 주택형태를 발전시켜 왔다. 근대화 과정을 거치면서 급속한 인구증가에 따라 한국과 중국 일본이 함께 아파트가 대표적인 주거유형으로 자리 잡아 가고 있는 상황이다. 한국 중국 일본의 전통적인 공간의 개념으로 현대 사회의 아파트의 평면을 살펴 보았을 때 공통점과 차이점을 발견하고 공간을 구획함에 있어 이러한 환경이 모두 영향을 끼친다고 가정한다면 한국 중국 일본의 아파트 평면을 비교하려는 시도는 중요하다. 이번 연구에서도 전통 공간에 대한 이해방식의 하나의 사례를 선택하여 특성을 살펴 보았기 때문에 분석 결과를 일반화 하는데에는 한계가 있고, 특히 영토가 넓은 중국의 경우 다양한 아파트 평면이 나타나고 있음을 감안해 볼때 이와 같은 비교 작업의 경우는 의미가 약화될 수도 있지만,본 연구에 결과가 시사하는 바는 평면 특성의 일반화를 모색하기 보다는 앞으로 각국의 특성을 반영한 평면의 개발을 모색할 수 있는 출발점 내지 계기를 마련한다는 점에 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다. In the case of Korea, China and Japan have a lot in similarity, but historically different forms developed their power in the process of independent housing through the process of development. Modern goes through the process of Korea and China, Japan, in accordance with rapid population increase, typical residential type is an apartment together. Studying of traditional space is one type of understanding method. There is a limit to understand the full research the part. In China, there are various apartments floor plan because the land is very wide than South Korea & Japan. This study attempted to investigate the correlation between residence and commercial space based on the theory of commercial space. Since consumption types and characteristics by age are different, the purpose of this study is to establish a plan to revitalize the local economy by studying commercial spaces together based on residence by age. First, it can be seen that the density of single-person households is distinguished differently for each administrative district. Second, it can be seen that the distribution by region is similar in single-person households in their 20s and 60s, and there are differences in each administrative district. Third, it can be seen that commercial facilities of Korean food are most affected in areas where single-person households are concentrated in their 20s. Fourth, as a result of the analysis based on the central theory, it can be seen that the distribution type of commercial space in the densely populated area of single-person households in their 20s is highly dense. This can affect the revitalization of the local economy by intensively improving the developmental commercial district. Fifth, as a result of the analysis based on the store accumulation theory, since commercial areas of single-person households in their 20s are spatially concentrated, inducing trips around developmental commercial areas that can induce shopping trips will increase the satisfaction of residents of single-person households.

As large scale civil engineering constructions go on pushed by economic de-velopment, problems are emerging with regard to resource utilization and environmental preservation due to construction materials. In this circumstance, PET bottle as construction materials will make environment-friendly approach to more efficient recycling of resources. In this study, to utilize PET bottle as substitute by EPS, uniaxial test was performed on PET bottle, and compressive strengths were respectively compared and analyzed depending on whether dry ice is added or not. As a result, it was proposed that it can be applied to the field as substitute by EPS.
