노인의 경제적 수준에 따른 의료이용이 주관적 건강수준과 행복감 지수 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 경제적 수준에 따라 노인들의 주관적 건강수준과 행복감 및 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 구체적인 방안을 모색하고 그에 따른 사회적ž정책적 대안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구방법으로는 지역사회건강조사_지표뱅크(2015)_v09를 이용하여 65세 이상 노인 63,929명을 대상으로 경제적 수준에 따른 건강이용 정도가 주관적 건강수준과 행복감 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대해 빈도분석 및 카이제곱 분석과 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였으며, 주관적 건강수준을 종속변수로 다중로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 행복감과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해서는 다중 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 수급자의 경우 의료이용은 비수급자에 비해 낮았고, 교육수준이 낮을수록, 여성일 경우, 나이가 75세 이상, 스트레스를 많이 느낄수록 낮은 의료이용을 보였다. 현재 또는 과거 수급자인 경우 미수진 한 결과는 주관적 건강수준이 나쁠수록 증가하였고, 비수급자의 경우 행복감과 삶의 질은 높았다. 결과적으로 수급 대상자의 의료이용에 대한 기회를 늘릴 수 있는 대안이 필요하며, 그 중에서도 여성과 75세 이상 노인에 대한 각별한 사회적 관심이 필요하다. 추후 저소득층 노인인구의 건강증진 및 행복감 및 삶의 질을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to find concrete measures to improve the subjective health level, happiness and quality of life of the elderly according to economic level and to propose social and policy alternatives accordingly. As a research method, 63,929 elderly people aged 65 or older were surveyed using the Community Health Survey (Indicator Bank) _v09, and the frequency of health use by economic level, subjective health level, euphoria and quality of life Analysis and Chi square analysis and independent t-test. Multi variate logistic regression analysis was performed with subjective health level as a dependent variable and multiple linear regression analysis was performed to determine the factors affecting euphoria and quality of life. The results of the study are as follows. In the case of recipients, medical use was lower than that of non-recipients, lower education level, female age of 75 years or older, and less stress, In case of present or past recipients, the result of non - receipt increased as the subjective health level was worse, and the non - recipient had higher euphoria and quality of life. As a result, there is a need for alternatives to increase opportunities for medical use among the recipients, with particular attention being paid to women and elderly people over 75 years old. It is expected to be used as a basic data to effectively improve the health promotion, happiness and quality of life of the elderly people of low income group.

본 연구는 대전, 충청 지역에 거주하는 대학생 436명을 대상으로 청년세대의 가족주의 가치관을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 사회인구학적 특성이다. 성별은 남학생(44.0%)에 비해 여학생(56.0%)이 많았다. 조사대상자의 연령은 20세 이하가 34.4%로 가장 많았고, 21세~22세가 30.7%, 23세~24세가 17.0% 순으로 나타났다. 학년은 저학년인 대학교 1학년과 2학년은 61.9%로 고학년인 대학교 3학년과 4학년에 비해 많았으며, 종교는 "없다"라는 응답한 청년층이 42.7%로 가장 많았다. 형제자매 수는 "형제 자매가 2명이다" 라는 응답이 69.7%로 가장 많았다. 둘째, 조사대상자가 지각한 가족주의 가치관 수준을 하위영역별로 살펴보면 효의식이 4.35점으로 가장 높았으며 다음으로 부부평등의식이 3.51점, 혈연공동체의식이 2.87점, 가족우선의식이 2.64점, 부계가족영속화가 2.41점의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회인구학적 변수에 따른 전반적 가족주의 가치관은, 연령변수(F=11.08, P<.001)와 학년변수(F=4.70, P<.01)에서 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. This study examines the familism values of the young generation. This study was conducted on 436 university students living in Daejeon and Chungcheong area. The results of the study are as follows. First, as the socio-demographic characteristics of the subjects, by gender, There were more female students (56.0%) than male students (44.0%). 34.4% of the respondents were under age 20, followed by 21 ~ 22 years old (30.7%) and 23 ~ 24 years old by 17.0%. Second, when looking at the level of familism values perceived by the survey subjects, the Filial piety (4.35) was the highest, followed by Equality Consciousness of husband-wife (3.51) and Sense of Community in Blood Relationship (2.87), Family-First Consciousness (2.64), and succession of Patrilineal Family (2.41). Third, the overall Familism Values according to socio-demographic variables showed a significant difference between the age groups (F = 11.08, P <.001) and the grade (F = 4.70, P <.01).

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of convenience of use of the comprehensive screening center on the value, satisfaction, and brand loyalty of the medical service. A total of 370 questionnaires were distributed and 342 were collected. Among them, Except for the seven replies, 335 were finally used in the analysis of this study. In order to secure the validity and reliability, the reliability analysis, the search factor analysis, the confirmation factor analysis, and the correlation analysis were carried out and the structural equation analysis was conducted to verify the causal relationship between the research hypotheses. First, the convenience of procedures and the convenience of facilities were found to have a significant positive effect on service value. Second, the decision convenience and the facilities convenience have a significant positive effect on service satisfaction. Third, the value of medical service, an endogenous variable, has a significant effect on service satisfaction and brand loyalty. Fourth, service satisfaction has a positive effect on brand loyalty. Through this study, it is expected that management and management of medical institutions will be utilized as an index of management related to the comprehensive examination center and various studies related to this will be conducted.
