병원정보 시스템에서 생체정보메세지의 성능 평가

본 논문은 의료정보 시스템의 표준화된 프로토콜 HL7프로토콜을 이용하여 중환자실의 Central Monitor에 나타난 환자의 생체정보를 실시간적으로 HIS 서버에 전송되어진 Numeric data와 waveform data를 웹서버 및 데이터베이스를 구축한다. 생체정보 파싱 수신 모듈은 Central Monitor로부터 수신할 수 있는 Raw Data 형태의 환자의 생체 정보를 생체 정보 웹 뷰어 시스템에서 사용가능한 데이터로 분석할 수 있도록 설계가 이루어져 있다. 생체정보 관리 시스템은 원격으로 떨어진 사용자 클라이언트에서 생체정보를 필요로 하는 사용자에게 생체정보를 실시간적으로 볼 수 있게 함으로서 보다 효율적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 의료정보 시스템 개발과 타 의료 정보시스템과 연동할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다. HL7 is well-Known standard protocol for text data generated in hospital information systems. Vital sign information web viewer systems is also the standard protocol for medical image and transfer. In order to embrace new technologies as telemedicine service, it is important to develope the standard protocol between different systems in the hospital, as well as the communication with external hospital systems. In this paper, we proposed integration method between vital sign web viewer systems and hospital information systems. Also, we have to design to obtain useful vital sign information, which is generated at data receiver modulor of HIS, that is offered by the central patient monitor. Vital sign informations of central monitor is composed of the row data of several bedsite patient monitors. We are willing to maintain vital sign information of real time and continuity that is generated from the bedsite patient monitor. It is able to apply to remote medical examination and treatment. Through the proper data exchange and management of patient vital sign information, real time vital sign information management will offer better workflow to all hospital employee.

통계적 네트워크를 이용한 효과적인 실시간 시설 식별

본 논문에서는 기존의 문제점인 얼굴 움직임이 있을 시 시선 식별이 어려운 점과 사용자에 따른 교정작업이 필요하다는 점을 해결하고자 새로운 시선 식별 시스템과 얼굴인식에 필요한 GRNN(generalized regression neural network) 알고리즘을 제안한다. Kalman필터를 사용하여 현재 머리의 위치정보를 이용하여 미래위치를 추정하였고 얼굴의 진위 여부를 판단하기 위해서 얼굴의 특징요소를 구조적 정보와 비교적 처리시간이 빠른 수평, 수직 히스토그램 분석법을 이용하여 얼굴의 요소를 검출한다. 그리고 적외선 조명기를 구성하여 밝은 동공효과를 얻어 동공을 실시간으로 검출, 추적하였고 동공-글린트 벡터를 추출한다. In this paper, we propose a GRNN (generalized regression neural network) algorithms for new eyes and face recognition identification system to solve the points that need corrective action in accordance with the existing problems of facial movements gaze upon it difficult to identify the user and . 확률적 그래프 모델을 이용한 바이오 셀 정보 추출

본 논문에서는 유전자 생물학 분야의 여러 각도로 세포 간 네트워크를 분석하고, 유전자 생물학 분야를 정보공학 네트워크에 응용하여 수치학적인 표현 모델로 분석 연구하고자 한다. 확률적 그래프 모델을 사용하여 데이터 네트워크로부터 생물학적 통찰력을 확률적 함수적으로 응용해, 복잡한 세포 간 네트워크 보다 단순한 하부모델로 구성하여 유전자 베이스네트워크 논리를 유전자 표현 레벨로 나타낸다. 유전자 데이터로부터 확률적 그래프 모델들을 분석하여 유전자 표현 데이터를 정보공학 네트워크 모델의 방법으로 확장 추론한다. This study is a numerical representative modelling analysis for applying the process that unravels networks between cells in genetics to Network of informatics. 지방 여성 공무원의 직무만족에 관한 연구

본 연구의 결과 중, 일반적 특성 및 직무관련 특성에 따른 직무만족도, 조직지원 및 직무성과 수준을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 일반적 특성 및 직무관련 특성에 따른 직무성과 수준은 연령이 증가할수록, 학력일 높을수록, 천주교, 유배우자, 근무기간이 길수록, 현 부서 근무기간이 길수록, 직급이 높을수록, 급여수준이 높을수록 직무성과 수준이 유의하게 높거나 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 이는 연령과 근무기간이 길수록 급여와 직급이 높고 높은 직위에 있는 공무원일수록 직장에 대한 책임감이나 사명감이 높아 업무의 전문적이고 지속적인 업무의 중요성을 보다 높게 인식하여 직무성과가 높은 것으로 생각된다. Of the results of this study, the general characteristics and job satisfaction due to work-related characteristics, organizational support and job performance level was analyzed as follows: As the level of job performance in accordance with the general characteristics and work-related characteristics were age increases, the higher the job level of education, Catholic, oil spouse, the longer the tour, the longer the current department tour, the higher the rank, the higher the salary level job performance levels were significantly high or rising trend. This is thought to be higher than that recognizes the importance of continuing the work of professional and business responsibility and commitment in the workplace increases for the more high-ranking officials age and longer working hours and high salaries rank higher job performance.

데이터를 활용한 비만이 혈압에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

본 연구는 국가자료인 2012년도 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여 20세 이상 성인(n=5,889)에서 비만 및 복부비만과 맥압(Pulse pressure, PP)의 관련성을 평가하고자 실시하였다. 연구결과에서 맥압에 대한 관련변수(연령 포함)를 보정하였을 때, 여성에서는, High PP (PP >61mmHg)의 위험비가 정상 체중군에 비하여 비만군에서 1.37 (95 % CI, 1.03-1.82)로 유의하게 높았고, 복부비만이 아닌 군에 비하여 복부비만군에서 1.38배 (95% CI, 1.07-1.78)로 유의하게 높았다. 그러나 남성에서는 비만 및 복부비만은 High PP와 유의한 관련성 없었다. 결론적으로 여성에서는 비만과 복부비만이 맥압을 증가시키지만, 남성에서는 유의한 관련성이 없었다. 의료정보 분야 대학 졸업생들에 대한 산업체의 직무수행능력 및 교육과정 요구에 관한 연구

본 연구는 의료정보 분야 산업체에서 요구하는 현장 실무 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 교육과정 개발을 위해 졸업생들이 취업하고 있는 의료정보 분야 산업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수행되었다. 설문조사는 의료정보 분야 산업체에서 요구하는 졸업생에 대한 기대정도, 직무수행능력, 교육과정에 대해 자기평가 기입식 방법을 활용하였으며, 직종업종직위별로 상관분석, 빈도분석, 회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 의료정보 분야 산업체에서는 대학이 전문지식 보다는 개인의 인성교육에 대한 기대가 컸으며, 현장실습교육과정을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 대학에서 추진하고 있는 취업률 향상을 위한 교육과정 개편에 본 연구결과가 긍정적으로 반영될 것으로 기대한다. This study is to develop the curriculum for training students with practical business skills which medical business needs. We surveyed businesses which have employed graduates who majored in medical information. The survey was conducted into the expectation of business for graduates, their job competence and business needs for curriculum utilizing the self-reported questionnaire. We analyzed correlation, frequency and regression among job class, business types and job positions of those surveyed. The result shows that medical information businesses express high expectation in personality education rather than major knowledge and think that field practice is important in the college curriculum. We expects the study will contribute positively to improve the curriculum for raising the employment rate of college graduates.
