본 연구는 가림치료가 필요한 아동을 둔 부모에게 약시교정용 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 대상자는 일 대학병원의 소아안과 외래를 방문한 약시아동의 부모 81명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 부모와 아동의 일반적인 특성, 새로운 테크놀러지 준비에 관한 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 장애성 지각된 위협성 그리고 지각된 효능감과 웨어러블 디바이스의 수용의도를 파악하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 일반적인 특성에 따른 수용의도의 차이는 유의한 요인이 없었고, 웨어러블 디바이스 기기를 선택하는 수용의도에 대한 촉진요인으로는 효과성, 장애요인으로는 효과미비, 높은 구매비용 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 약시교정용 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의도는 지각된 유용성, 지각된 효능감과 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 약시교정용 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 회귀분석 결과, 지각된 효능감이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났고(p<.001), 이들에 대한 총 설명력은 21.9%로 나타났다(p<.001). 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 약시아동의 가림치료에 새로운 IT기술의 접목이 시도될 수 있기를 고대한다. This study investigated the intention to accept of wearable device for correcting amblyopia in parents of children with amblyopia who deed occlusion therapy. The subjects were 81 parents of children with amblyopia visited outpatient department of pediatric ophthalmology clinic in the university hospital. The general characteristics of the parents and children with amblyopia, perceived usefulness, perceived ease, perceived barriers perceived threats and perceived confidence of new technology readiness and intention to accept of wearable glasses were identified. The results are as follows. First, there was no significant difference in intention to accept according to general characteristics of parents. In order to selection of wearable devices facilitate factor is effectiveness, barriable factors is inefficiency, next high purchase cost. Second, the intention to accept of wearable device for amblyopia was positive correlated with perceived usefulness and confidence. Third, regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors affecting the intention to accept of wearable device for amblyopia correction, perceived confidence was a significant variable(p<.001), this model could explain 21.9%(p<.001). Based on the results of this study, we expect to be able to apply IT technology on the occlusion therapy of amblyopia with children.
