본 연구는 아동을 대상으로 하여 양수협응과제를 구획과 무선의 두 가지 연습 방법으로 연습시킴으로서 맥락간섭효과를 조 사하였다. 무선연습 방법이 학습과 전이에 미치는 영향을 조사하기위해 양수협응패턴의 안정성과 정확성을 평가하였다. 12 명의 초등학교 남자아동(평균 11세)를 무선연습 집단과 구획연습 집단으로 나누어 135도, 45, 90도의 위상차의 협응과제를 이틀에 걸쳐 습득하게 하였다. 파지 검사는 세 번에 걸쳐 실시되었다. 세 번째 파지검사 이후 전이검사가 주워졌다. 그 결과 습득기에서 구획연습방법이 무선연습 방법에 비해 협응패턴이 안정적으로 나타나 습득기의 맥락간섭효과가 연습초기에 효과가 있다. 파지 검사 분석 결과 시도블락과 집단의 상호작용이 발견됨으로서 맥락간섭효과가 과제에 영향을 받는다. 전형적인 맥락간섭효과가 전이기에서 발견됨으로서 무선연습 방법이 새로운 과제에 적응을 높여준다. 결론적으로는 맥락간섭 효과가 기술 수준과 과제에 영향을 받음으로 아동을 대상으로 연습을 조직화 할 때 고려해야 할 점임을 시사하였다. The study investigated contextual interference (CI) effect while children practiced bimanual coordination patterns in both blocked and random practice schedule. The benefits of random practice were evaluated by accessing the stability and the accuracy of coordination patterns. Twelve boys (mean age=11 yrs old) assigned to random and blocked practice groups. Three different relative phases of coordination patterns were practiced during two consecutive days. Retention tests were given three times. After the third retention test, a transfer test was provided. In acquisition analysis, the group with blocked practice displayed a more stable coordination pattern than the random practice group at the first trial block. We found interaction effect between the trail and the groups in the retention test. The result indicated that the CI effect could be influenced by task characteristics. The most novel finding in this study was that CI effect was found in the transfer test. We can conclude that random practice enhanced adaptability in learning a new coordination pattern. Finally, these findings suggest that in teaching motor skills, we should consider that the CI effect would interact with the different skill levels and the task characteristics.
