교회사회봉사 역량강화를 위한 훈련 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구는 교회사회봉사 역량을 강화하기 위한 훈련 프로그램을 개발하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 대전 지역에 위치한 열방침례교회 구성원을 대상으로 실시되었다. 교회사회봉사훈련 프로그램의 개발은 첫째, 사회봉사역량 강화 필요성 조사, 둘째, 교회구성원들의 사회봉사역량 진단, 셋째, 사회봉사훈련 프로그램 기획, 넷째, 사회봉사훈련 프로그램 실행, 다섯째, 사회봉사훈련 프로그램 효과성 분석의 단계로 진행되었다. 프로그램 실시 사전과 사후에 사회봉사인식도를 측정하여 독립표본 T?검정을 실시한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 사회봉사훈련 프로그램의 효과성이 검증되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop the training program to empower the church social service and then evaluating the effectiveness of program in the case of Daejeon Yeolbang church where the social welfare ministry is very required. The procedure of program development consists of 5 steps: 1) examination of ministry empowerment necessity, 2) diagnosis of church families` social welfare ministry empowerment, 3) program development of social service training, 4) program execution of social service training and 5) effectiveness analysis of social service training. The results of paired samples t?test which was applied to compare the degree of social service recognition before/after the church social service training program showed that the program improved church families` degree of social service recognition in the level of statistical significance, and was effective to empower the church social welfare.
