계시는 그리스도교 신앙의 전제이자 그리스도교 신학의 기초이다. 이는 그리스도교가 근본적으로 어떤 신화적 사상이나 철학적 사상을 바탕으로 생성된 것이 아니라 하느님의 계시에 의해 생성된 종교라는 말이다. 그리고 무엇보다도 사람이 된 하느님의 말씀 예수 그리스도가 바로 그 계시의 내용이며 중개자이고 완성임을 받아들인다는 의미다. 그러므로 자신을 그리스계시는 그리스도교 신앙의 전제이자 그리스도교 신학의 기초이다. 이는 그리스도교가 근본적으로 어떤 신화적 사상이나 철학적 사상을 바탕으로 생성된 것이 아니라 하느님의 계시에 의해 생성된 종교라는 말이다. 그리고 무엇보다도 사람이 된 하느님의 말씀 예수 그리스도가 바로 그 계시의 내용이며 중개자이고 완성임을 받아들인다는 의미다. 그러므로 자신을 그리스도인이라 고백하는 이는 누구나 이 계시와 불가분의 관계에 있게 된다. 계시 자체인 그리스도 안에서 구원을 발견하기 때문이다. 문제는 삶의 현실에서 이러한 계시와 인간의 실존과의 밀접한 관계를 체험하며 살아가고 있는가 하는 것이다. 인간 실존의 내용과 계시 신앙의 내용 사이에 괴리와 단층이 존재한다면, 계시가 비록 인간의 구원을 위해 주어진 것이라 해도 인간을 겉도는 공허한 교의(Dogma)에만 머물러 있다는 말이 된다. 이는 당연히 계시에 대한 잘못된 인식과 이해가 가져온 결과다. 본고는 이런 문제 제기를 시발점으로 제2차 바티칸 공의회의 계시 개념을 바탕으로 한 계시에 대한 올바른 이해와 함께 계시가 바로 그리스도인의 일상의 삶에서 일어나는 구체적 사건이며, 인간 실존의 내용이자 의미가 되는 사건임을 제2차 바티칸 공의회의 신학을 바탕으로 밝힌다. 계시는 우선 가르침이 아니라 사건이다. 곧 인간이 통상적으로 접근하기 어려운 초자연적 진리에 대한 신적 가르침이나 교의가 아니라, 인간을 향한 하느님의 실제적이고 인격적인 자기 전달로서 인간이 하느님의 본성에 참여 하게 되는 한 사건이다. 이것은 예수 그리스도의 인간적 출현, 말씀의 육화 안에서 더할 나위 없이 구체적으로 드러난다. 예수의 전 현존, 그가 말과 행위로써 보여준 모든 것이 바로 하느님 나라이며 그것은 정확히 인간의 구원을 위한 하느님의 계획이다. 곧 이 육화 사건은 그리스도 안에서 하느님(의 초월성)과 인간(의 내재성)이 서로 중개되는(K. Rahner), 하느님의 인간화와 인간의 신화(神化), 하느님의 계시와 인간의 계시가 일어나는, 하느님과 인간의 일치 사건이다. 따라서 그리스도의 육화, 그리스도의 파견은 하느님의 말씀인 그를 믿으며 응답하는 인간에게 도착할 때 비로소 이루어진다 할 수 있다. 이런 점에서 그리스도의 육화는 끊임없이 온갖 다양한 삶의 조건과 영역에서 인간 각자에게 일어나고 또 일어나야 한다. 그것이 바로 일상에서 일어나는 그리스도 안에서의 인간의 계시 실행이요, 계시의 삶이다. Revelation is the premise of faith and the foundation of Christian theology. Firstly, it is a statement that Christianity did not naturally emerge from an innate religious disposition of human beings, but is a religion based on the revelation of an external, transcendental God. Above all, this signifies an acceptance of the Incarnate Word of God, Jesus Christ, as the substance, mediator and completion of revelation. Therefore, whoever professes to be a Christian evidently has an inseparable connection to this revelation, as salvation is found in Christ who is the revelation itself. Even for Christians, however, revelation still remains foreign and ambiguous, and can even become a cautious, difficult and unapproachable subject at times. Faced with such a dilemma, this treatise offers a correct understanding of revelation, through the theology of the Second Vatican Council, that revelation is a concrete event which happens in the ordinary life of Christians, and is the substance and meaning of the existence of the human being. Primarily, Revelation is an event, rather than a teaching. This is not some unapproachable divine instruction concerning supernatural truths or dogmas but a real, personal communication of God’s self to humanity which, consequently, is an event of human participation in God’s nature. The appearance of Jesus Christ as a man, the event of his Incarnation, is a specific manifestation of this reality. As a whole, the existence of Jesus together with his words and actions is an image of the Kingdom of God. Precisely, it is the manifestation of God’s divine plan for the salvation of humanity. Therefore the Incarnation signifies both the humanisation of God and an invitation for the divinisation of the human being. It is in the unity-event of God and the human being in which the transcendence of God and the immanence of human being in Jesus Christ are really mediated(K. Rahner), and the Revelation of God and the revelation of the human being coincide. Therefore the Incarnation of Christ can be realized only after it reaches the human being who believes in Christ and responds to him, the Word of God. From this viewpoint, the Incarnation of Christ happens and must happen to all human beings constantly and in all situations and conditions of life. That is the performance of the revelation of the human being in Christ, which happens in the daily life.

본 연구의 목적은 수퍼바이저의 지지와 역전이 관리능력이 상담자 소진에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 수퍼바이저의 지지가 상담자 소진에 미치는 영향이 역전이 관리능력에 의해 조절되는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 상담자 241명을 대상으로 수퍼바이저의 지지, 상담자 소진, 역전이 관리능력에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수퍼바이저의 지지와 상담자 소진 및 역전이 관리능력과 상담자 소진은 부적 상관을 보였으며, 수퍼바이저의 지지와 역전이 관리능력은 정적상관으로 나타났다. 둘째, 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 수퍼바이저의 지지와 역전이 관리능력의 상호작용 효과는 상담자 소진에 유의하였다. 즉, 역전이 관리능력이 수퍼바이저의 지지와 상담자 소진의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언과 시사점에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate how supervisor s support and countertransference management ability affect counselor burnout, and to verify whether the effect of supervisor s support on counselor burnout is controlled by countertransference management ability. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 241 counselors nationwide about supervisor s support, counselor burnout, and countertransference management. The main results revealed through this study are summarized as follows. First, the supervisor s support and counselor burnout were negatively correlated. Also countertransference management ability and counselor burnout have a negative correlation. And supervisor s support and countertransference management ability have a static correlation. Second, as a result of the hierarchical regression analysis, the interaction effect of the supervisor s support and countertransference management ability for counselor burnout was significant. Thus, it was verify that the countertransference management ability controls the relationship between supervisor support and counselor burnout. Based on these results, the meaning, of this study suggestions and implications for subseguent research were discussed.
