알칼리 활성화 반응에 의한 경량골재 콘크리트의 실험적 연구

In this study, Blast Furnaced Slag was used as a substitute. Alkali-activated admixture was added for hardening concrete by chemical reaction. As analysing the compressive strength and the durability of light-weight aggregate concrete with BFS and Alkali-activated admixture, the fundamental data for application of light-weight aggregate concrete is considered to be offered. For the purpose, the proportion for the experiment was planned as 10%, 20% of Metakaolin(MK) replacement to binder by weight and admixed 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14% of activator by binder weight in each proportion. As a result of the experiment, the proportion of non-MK(MK 0%) with 8% of Ca(OH)₂ at the age of 3, 7 days and with 12% of Ca(OH)₂ at the age of 2 weeks appeared the highest compressive strength, but it was lower than the strength of Plain batch. It is considered that late hydrate reaction of Blast Furnaced Slag(BFS) could effect to the early-age strength, on the other hand, the strength development appears by latent hydraulicity.

Lightweight aggregate mainly consist of multi-crystalline structure and has many internal pores. It may be abnormal water moving in lightweight aggregate on account of the change of external circumstance. The abnormal water moving is influenced by distribution, shape, size and prewetting and each factors considerably control it. Recently, in domestic and foreign construction industry, lightweight aggregate is delivered from factory with controlling lightweight aggregate's water absorption to improve workability. But, unfortunately, there are few studies about workability and mechanical property which is influenced by controlling the percentage of water absorption. In this study, we analyzed the pore system and water absorption characteristic of domestic and foreign lightweight aggregate. And that acquired the experimental data about mechanical properties and frost resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete according to the pore system and water absorption characteristic, makes a good use of lightweight aggregate concrete.

As construction industry is requiring competitive power and technique in national construction market with rapid fluctuation of construction environment and development, requirements upgrading performance in construction materials are increasing. But, national lightweight aggregate and lightweight concrete``s inappropriateness when produced are also increasing. And there are not international standard of aggregates in using these construction materials because standards and characteristics of aggregate in each countries are different. Therefore, in this study, lightweight aggregate acquired due to wide range of use is tested and mixed for concrete to gain practicality and set the authorized manual in international. Also, basic data will be proposed to set a standard for concrete by analyzing lightweight aggregate characteristics. When lightweight aggregate absorptivity is high, concrete shows low strength and when it``s density is low, concrete shows low weight of unit volume. Furthermore, compressive strength of lightweight aggregate is steep in first and longtime material age is tendency to cause low strength increasing rate.
촉진형 AE감수제를 사용한 콘크리트의 최적공기산정을 위한 조기강도 발현 특성 연구

The way to shorten a construction period is considered to an very important technology development element as reducing the form work removal periods with promoting strength revelation own concrete. This study executed experiment to review usability of early strength revelation chemical admixture which is judged in ways effective with premature removal of form about concrete. Use of early strength revelation AE water reducin admixture is apperaing so that strength revelation by early hydration promotions is excellent. The results of being applied proposed work process are that compressive strength are appeared more than 5MPa with in 16 hours so that removal of vertical form was possible. the concrete compressive strength satisfied with a more than 2/3 of specified concrete strength for removal of horizontal form are appeared in 42 hours of 27MPa proportioning strength, in 36hours of 30, 35MPa proportioning strength so that the 6days cycle time of concrete structural frame work is cut by 2 days as shortening delayed period in works of removing slab forms. So construction cost reductions and a construction period shortening are judged so that it is possible.
도석을 점결제로 사용한 하수슬러지 인공경량골재의 개발에 관한 실험적연구

The purpose of this study is to produce artificial lightweight aggregate. The properties of aggregate are deducted by analysing the plasticity of aggregate according to the addictive contents of CaCO3 and Al2O3 on constant plastic temperature(1150℃~1160℃) and the specific gravity, the percentage of water absorbtion. The density on the temperature of 1150℃~1160℃ which results from that the plastic temperature of pottery stone is decreased by increasing the addictive contents of CaCO3 and Al2O3 manufacturing artificial light weight aggregate using pottery stone is included in the arrange of light weight aggregate density. And the percentage of water absorbtion is 4.2~14% which is similar to or lower than existing artificial light weight aggregate. The unit volume weight is in inverse proportion to density and to increase addictive contents of flux.
발포폴리스티렌비드를 사용한 경량골재 콘크리트의 패널적용을 위한 실험적 연구

Because lightweight concrete with expanded polystyrene beads has properties of low density, low heat conductivity, it can be used in lightweight structural material and heat insulation layer. But application of this material in buildings is insufficient yet. One of application in building is panel, like non-structural partition used inside, has low compressive strength. So the purpose of this study is to lead the fundamental data to improve low strength of lightweight concrete with polystyrene beads by mixing silica fume and curing methods for application to dry lightweight panel of building, which is based on the mechanical property of lightweight concrete using polystyrene beads, and to examine suitability of polystyrene beads as composition material of panel from the above result. Unit volume weight of fresh concrete is 0.5-0.61t/m³ in EPSB substitution rate 70% and 0.27 -0.33t/m³ in EPSB substitution rate 80%, and compressive strength as increase of silica fume substitution rate is increased but, batch in EPSB substitution rate 80% has low compressive strength rate. Compressive strength by curing method was higher by high temperature(60˚C, seal up).
