저수지 수면을 이용한 태양광발전시스템은 저수지, 연못 등의 유휴수면에 부유체를 이용하여 태양광발전시스템을 수면에 설치하는 발전방식이다. 수면의 환경조건은 지상조건에 비해 장애물이 없고 모듈의 온도가 낮기 때문에 일조량 및 발전효율의 증가 등이 예상되고 있다. 지상태양광발전은 농지 또는 임야를 개발하는 과정에서 삼림훼손 등을 유발하는 단점이 있으나, 수면태양광발전은 유효 수면을 적극 활용함으로 국토가 협소한 우리나라에 매우 적합한 발전방식이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 한국수자원공사에서 관리하고 있는 주암 다목적댐에 수면태양광실증플랜트를 설치한 사례로 설계 및 시공방법에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

There are lots of hunting cases in Power system for various reasons. Some cases are very minute. Even plant operators can not recognize. But some cause black down in power system. In this paper, I will analyze hunting cases in power system and how fast the new & old excitation systems work well. Therefore I take measures and suggest solutions for similar cases.

As national power consumption every year increases, the power plant which is in the process of planning tries to establish high-capacity generator. The power system tends to become a large size. With the progress of electronic components, the control systems of the generator have been digitalized and rapid-response control system is possible. However, the minute frequency vibration of grid occurred with the effect of rapid-response control system. To solve these problem, PPS(Power System Stability) has been introduced since 2004, and it has being installed and applied to the thermal and nuclear power plant which are high-capacity, over 800MVA. However the minute frequency vibration is gradually changed to the bigger frequency vibration by fast-action control system, and this regional frequency fluctuation might be diffused wide area. Therefore, it is applied to the hydro generator which is small with fast-action governor system, and it is necessary to control the minute frequency vibration to prevent to diffuse. In this paper, the effect will be proved by establishing PSS on the Hydro-Generator which has both digital excitation and governor system for the first time in Korea.

Generator excitation system, supplying the voltage to power system, is controlled by various manners as aspects of power system. Previously excitation systems mainly used AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulator) and FCR(Field Current Regulator) to control voltage, but nowadays the excitation systems have the tendency to adopt AQR(Automatic Reactive power Regulator) and APFR(Automatic Power Factor Regulator) to do it so as to get into step with diverse requirements of power system and high digital technology. This paper presents which operation methods is effective for the equipment, according to increase the unmanned power station thanks to automation technic.
