We evaluated the water quality(13 variables) in a Pyropia cultivation farm in Seocheon, Chungcheongnam-do, Korea, using a multivariate analysis from September 2019 to March 2020. The pairwise simple correlation matrix among variables was shown. The first four principal components explained 79% of the total sample variance. The first principal component(z₁) showed the freshwater inflow and precipitation, the z₂ related to seasonal influence, the z₃ related to season and/or freshwater, and the z₄ related to transparency. The present study is the first step for the data-base and future-oriented Pyropia cultivation

Recently, GHG reduction scenarios and carbon neutrality have become significant global issues. The building sector accounts for a large portion of reducing GHG emission. Green remodeling businesses are among the representative policies in the new version of the Korean New Deal. Evaluating the energy performance of technical elements during the green remodeling process is critical. This study aims to develop a decision-making method using a simplified energy assessment approach that can be utilized by non-professionals in the green remodeling industry. The proposed model is intended for application in the early stages, facilitating the determination of energy efficiency for technical elements. With the development and implementation of this method, non-professionals are expected to be empowered to make effective decisions regarding technical elements in the initial phases of green remodeling projects.

Recently, GHG(Green House Gas) reduction scenario and carbon neutrality are a very important issue worldwide. Thus, the Korean government is also promoting the Green New Deal policy as a new growth engine for it. The building sector accounts for a large portion of reducing GHG emission. Green remodeling business is one of representative policies in a new version of Korean New Deal. In the green remodeling process, it is essential to assess energy performance of technical elements applied to the target building. Simple decision support models such as ECO2-OD and GREENY, have been developed and applied to the field, however, those are not being used by non-professional population since those were too difficult to use for them. The aim of this study is to develop a decision support model using a simple energy assessment method that allows non-professional population to use it for their green remodeling business. This model can be used in design phase since the simple energy assessment methods can support to figure out the energy efficiency of technical elements. When the model is developed, it is expected that non-professional population can actively participate in Green remodeling businesses.

For the data-based Pyropia cultivation further, we analysed the environmental data using a multivariate analysis of a Pyropia aquaculture farm off Imja island in Shinan, Jeollanam-do, Korea, from September 2019 to March 2020 for the first time. The pairwise simple correlation matrix among 13 seawater environmental variables was shown. The first three principal components explained 76% of the total sample variance. The first principal component(z1) showed the freshwater inflow and/or precipitation, the z2 related to nutrients, and the z3 eutrophication.
