        산란계 있어서 무기물의 란 및 분중에의 흡수분포에 관한 연구 - 제1보 산란계에 있어서 방사성린 ( p32 ) 의 란및 분중에의 흡수분포 -

        This experiment was carried out to study of absorption ratio of P^(32) in laying hens. lU eggs were taken as the samples beginning at 12 hours after injecting of P^(32) 80μc to thigh muscle of laying hens at 24 hours intervals. They were divided into 3 parts: egg shell, egg white, egg yolk. And their feces were taken at the same intervals. The author investigated the absorption ratio of 3 parts of eggs and the distribution ratio in feces starting from April 25 th of 1968 to May 9 th of 1968. The result obtained are summarized as follows: 1. There were significant differences of 1% level at each treatment and of 5% level at each period. 2, Most of P^(32) in the eggs was distributed in egg yolk, and the order of the absorption and the distribution ratio was egg yolk, egg shell, feces and egg white. The total absorption ratio of P^(32) was 87% eggs and 13% in the feces during experiment. This can be divided into as follows: 62% in yolk, 9% in white, and 16% in shell. Accordingly it seemed that there was a closely related apetence between P^(32) and the Ovary. 3. The highest absorption ratio in egg yolk and egg white appeared on 3½ days after the injection. And the highest absorption ratio in egg shell and feces appeared on 2½ days after the injection. It was assumed that the highest amount of P^(32) was absorbed on 3-5 days after the injection. Hence, it could be concluded the that the coefficient of the highest growth of Ovum was on 3-5 days before the Ovulation, and the highest distribution amount of P32 in feces was at 2-4 days after the injection. The follwing results were obtained subordinately in performing the main experiment. 4. The amount of P^(32) in feces of fatty hens was greater than that of laying hens during this experiment.

        Twenty birds of Hyline hen aged 13 months were used in this experiment. 80 uci. of Radioactive-iodine^(131) were administered to each laying hen in the purpose of determination of the uptake and distribution as related to the process of time, of the every parts of eggs. The I^(131) uptake rate of yolk, white and shell of the eggs and the excretion rate in the feces was measured at ½, 1½, 2½, 3½, 4½, 5½, 6½, 7½, 8½, 9½, and 10½ days after the administration of I^(131). The results obtained are as follows; 1. The I^(131) uptake rate in the yolk was lowest at ½ day with 6×10^(-4)±0.09×10^(-4)% and was highest with 1816×10^(-4)±122.7×10^(-4)% at 4½ days, thereafter gradually decreased (P$lt;0.01). 2. The I^(131) uptake rate in the white was highest at ½ day with 145×10^(-4)±4.7×10^(-4)% and then decreased significantly(p$lt;0.01) as time elapses, and its decreasing rate was relatively slow during the ½ day and 3½ day, the 7½ day, and 10½ day. 3. The I^(131) uptake rate in egg-shell was highest at ½ day with 129×10^(-4)±1.1×10^(-4)±% and lowest at 10½ days with 20×10^(-4)±1.0×10^(-4)±%, showing the decreasing significance with p$lt;0.01 and decreased gradually as the process of time. 4. The I^(131) excretion rate in the feces decreased gradually(p$lt;0.01), and the decreasing rate was fast until 3½ days and slow after then. 5. The I^(131) uptake rate in the every parts of eggs and excretion rate in the feces showed the high significance(p$lt;0.01) as compared with the each observation time anti were rot significant among the white. shell and feces except egg-yolk.

        The experiment was carried out to study the transference of the absorbed calcium into eggs. Ten eggs were taken as the samples first at ¾ day after injection of Ca^(45) in dose of 30 μci. to the thigh muscle cf laying hens and then at 1 day intervals. The were divided into 3 parts: egg yolk, egg white and egg shell, and their feces were taken at the same time. Uptake rate in the 3 parts of eggs and release rate in feces were investigated. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The Ca^(45) uptake rate in the egg yolk was the lowest at ¾ day and was the highest at 4¾ days, thereafter decreased gradually(P$lt;0.01). 2. The Ca^(45) uptake rate in the egg white was the highest at 1¾ day and then decreased significantly (P$lt;0.01) as time elapses. 3. The Ca^(45) uptake rate in the egg shell was the highest at ¾ day and the lowest at 104 days, showing the decreasing significance with, P$lt;0.01. 4. The Ca^(45) release rate is the feces decreased gradually P($lt;0.01) as the time elapses. 5. The Ca^(45) uptake rate in the 3 parts of eggs and release rate in the feces showed the high significance with P$lt;0.01 as compared with the each observation time.
