지리정보시스템 활용이 증가하고, 도로주변 전력설비인 전주와 기타배전설비에 대한 정확한 위치정보에 대한 필요성이 인식 되고 있다. “GPS탑재차량의 영상정보를 이용한 송배 전설비 운영의 효율성 제고방안”은 기존배전시스템의 효율성과 정확도를 높이며, 실제 환경과 동일한 설비주변환경을 동영상과 파노라마 사진으로 제공하여, 설비관리의 신속한 업무처리를 유도 할 수 있다.

인터넷 이용자의 편의를 위하여 기업포탈(Enterprise Portal)을 구축하는 사례가 급증하고 있으며, ERP 도입을 통하여 기존의 많은 시스템의 통합을 추진하고 있는 추세로서 송변전지리정보시스템(TGIS)과 변전소 정보관리시스템(SIMS)의 통합 운영은 시스템적인 측면과 업무적인 측면을 모두 고려하여 볼 때 그 효용성은 매우 크다고 할 수 있으며, 송변전이 통합된 자산관리 운영에 다양한 편의성을 제공할 것이다.

The method of conductor wiring is that a messenger wire is installed, the end of the wire is connected to the conductor and a engine puller pulls the conductor. The length of one section of wiring is 3~5㎞ and one group messenger wire pulls simultaneously 2~4 group conductor, while a tensioner maintains wiring tension to prevent the deflection of the conductor. However, there are many obstacles such as roads, power lines, communication lines, buildings, farms and crops. Therefore to prevent damage from conductor deflection a staging is used. The currently used staging is scaffolding lumber which is difficult to secure and it's construction efficiency is very low because it requires a lot of time and manpower. So this study developed a insulating defense tube and pipe connecting device, and a truss structure fabrication module using steel pipe which reduces construction time and cost through a compressive and dielectric strength test.

Porcelain insulators have generally been used in Korea to insulate a transmission line from the tower, and a highly polymerized compound polymer insulator which has superior stain proof characteristics, has also been used widely. Currently, a worker rides on the suspension insulator string for installation on towers and conductors but in case of polymer insulators, this will pollute and scratch the housing result in durability reduction by deterioration and corona. This study developed a high strength aluminum compound metal ladder designed to work on polymer insulators without riding, and a clamp type connecting device and safety gear for easy installation on the tower and conductor. These polymer insulator work device can be used for 154㎸ and 345㎸ polymer insulators through a strength and load test to secure safety. This paper presents field usage.

KEPCO constructed the first 765㎸ 2 circuit transmission line in the world with its home grown technologies. Through this 765 ㎸ transmission system project, KEPCO accumulated experience and technologies related to the 765 ㎸ power system. Based on the successful completion of the 765㎸ transmission project, KEPCO is conducting overseas business by using its abundant experience and know-how. In particular, KEPCO developed the training course for power system, called the ATT (Advanced Transmission Technology) training courses for overseas business, especially for developing countries. Therefore, KEPCO developed the "Transmission line design system for overseas projects". This system supports the calculation of wind pressure load, tower design, wire selection, insulation design, etc. by applying the meteorological data of foreign countries and design standards. And this system is applied to the training program so that the trainees can design the optimal transmission line for their own countries.
