        부설초등학교 교사들이 지각하는 전문성의 성격과 발달 -부산교육대학교 부설초등학교를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this research is to explicate the teacher professionalism perceived by teachers in attached primary school of busan national Univ. of education. The methodology used in the research is focus group interview. The group consists of 10 teachers who work in attached primary school of BNUE. They are chosen in considering the age, sex, and school subjects. The fruits are as follows. The teacher professionalism has 6 fields in the interview: teaching ability, educational guiding ability, knowledge on primary education and pedagogy, knowledge on characteristics of student, affection to student, mental attitude as teacher. Of all the fields, teaching ability is conceived as the most important categucatto teacher. In any case, the teachers make development his professionalism through the working experience in attached primary school of BNUE, because the school has management sbetem of student teacher practicescharaceacher trase,ng, elite culture based in task, and the auras for stimulating professional development reciprocally. The above products show us the practical nature of teacher professionalism and the way to develop it actually in primary school. Finally speaking, to hold the critical factors of attached primary school in common is useful way to develope the teacher professionalism for primary school teacher.
