한국형 고속전철의 주행조건에 따른 진동특성 분석에 관한 연구

Korean High Speed Train (KHST) designed to operate at 350㎞/h has been tested on high speed line in JungBu site since it was developed in 2002. The dynamic performances of railway vehicle are generally stability. safety and ride comfort. The stability performance of KHST was proved that it is stable at 400㎞/h through Roller Rig test. The safety and ride comfort need to be predicted the capability of it at 350㎞/h by the on-line test because KHST is testing at 300㎞/h up to now. Therefor, in this paper, the safety and ride comfort at 350㎞/h are predicted the performance using the acceleration results at 300㎞/h and these results show that the KHST"s dynamic performances are very good. Also, it illustrate the two cases occurred the abnormal vibration of KHST during some on-line tests. The first case is that the variation of vertical acceleration of wheel is analyzed when an abrasion occur on wheel. The second case is that the lateral acceleration of wheel, bogie and body are analyzed when the KHST is unstable at high speed. The occurrences of these special phenomena were due to the some faults of the suspension and braking systems and the faults were improved. In present, it is testing with safety.

Korean High Speed Train (KHST) designed to operate at 350㎞/h has been tested on KyungBu high speed line since it was developed in 2002. The specification of the interior noise level for high speed train in Korea has been adopted through the contract between KHRC and Korea TGV consortium, not a national specification. But it can not be adopted to KHST designed at 350㎞/h because this has involved up to 300Km/h. Therefor, in this paper, the interior noise level at 350㎞/h are predicted in passenger car using the results at 300Km/h and these results show that the KHST"s interior noise levels are good up to 300Km/h but need to be reduced at 350Km/h in the view point of limit value at 300Km/h of the contract between KHRC and Korea TGV consortium. Also it proposed to make a national specification for the interior noise level to evaluate it in detail at 350Km/h.

Next Generation High Speed Train having a distributed electrical motor system has just been developing to aim the experimental maximum speed at 400km/h since August, 2007. This project is in stage of concept design and so, it needs to take some review and analysis the characteristics of suspensions on the view of concept design. A vehicle modeling is made of modified Korean High Speed Train bogie model with Vampire program and analyzed the effect on the dynamic performances according to the variation of primary and secondary suspension characteristics. The results would be useful to manage the potential risks in the next stage of basic and precision design that will be done by the manufacturing company.

Korean High Speed Train (KHST) has been tested on high speed line in JungBu site since it was developed in 2002. The KHST figured 7 cars was modeled for dynamic simulation with Vampire program. and the data acquisition system was used to test successfully the on-line test for proving the dynamic performance of KHST. The comparison between test and simulation results for dynamic behavior of KHST was tried in this paper and it was very difficult because the environmental conditions and running conditions have an effect on the test results and these conditions are unable to be modeled for dynamic analysis. Also the parameters for data acquisition system for test are usually not same to simulation conditions. Therefor, in this paper the acceleration data after filtering with low pass filter below 1㎐ were used to compare between test and simulation results because the low frequency range is useful to evaluate the dynamic performance for railway vehicle system, so as steady state curving acceleration. The results show that both are similar in low frequency range.

The characteristics of dynamic vibration are generally analyzed by an acceleration of a car body of high speed train and the acceleration can be applied to evaluation of running safety. The test of process and the analysis method about it are well explained on UIC Code 518 OR which is the spacial international standard about running safety and dynamic behavior on the line test for railway vehicle. Korean High Speed Train designed to operate at speed 350㎞/h has been tested on high speed line since it was developed in 2002 and it recorded the highest speed 352.4㎞/h at the 16th Dec. 2004 in Korea. This paper includes the analysis of running behavior of this train at speed 350㎞/h and also the analysis of dynamic safety is presented in it, extending to the range of high speed while the UIC 518 limit the speed below 200㎞/h.

In design of suspension system for KHST, it was applied the approximated optimization method using meta-models which called Response Surface Model and Neural Network Model for 29 design variables and 46 performance index. These models was coded using correlation between design variables and performance indices that is made by the 66 times iterative execution through the design of experimental table consisted orthogonal array L32 and D-Optimal design table. The results show that the optimization process is very efficient and simply applicable for complex mechanical system such as railway vehicle system. Also it was compared with the sensitivity of some design variables in order to know the characteristics of two models. This paper describes the general method for dynamic analysis and design process of railway vehicle system applied to KHST development, and proposed the efficient methods for vibration mode analysis process dealing with test data and the function based approximation method using meta-model applicable for a complex mechanical system. This method will be able to apply to the other railway vehicle system in oder to systematize and generalize the design process of railway vehicle dynamic system.

Korean High Speed Train (KHST) has been tested on high speed line in JungBu site since it was developed in 2002. The data acquisition system was used to test successfully the on-line test for proving the dynamic performance of KHST. The recognition of system vibration mode for railway vehicle is essential to understand the characteristics of design for dynamic system and diagnose the dynamic problems of vehicle system during test and operation. But, up to now, there are the efforts to know the system vibration mode within limit of theoretical field only, not experimental approach with systematic method. The theoretical results are too reliable to apply to real design problem, because it is theoretically based on the homogeneous linear system although the real system have the nonlinear characteristics and vary the environmental conditions. Therefor, in this paper, it is proposed the efficient method of vibration analysis for rail vehicle system and this method apply to KHST to recognize the vibration mode characteristics of it. The results show that this method is able to make the system vibration modes for KHST clear.

A train dynamic modeling is modified with the one car model presented in the previous conference and it was extended to 6cars models having the same suspensions and added some connection"s characteristics between the cars with Vampire program. It is used to analyze the effect on the dynamic performances according to the variation of primary and secondary suspension characteristics in the condition of 6 cars configuration. The results would be useful to manage the potential risks in the next stage of basic and critical design that will be done by the manufacturing company.
