A unsteady RaNS code is applied to simulate MOERI container snip model, KCS, in regular head sea conditions. Various combinations of Froude"s number, wave length and wave height are simulated. With respect to the integral quantities, a comparison between simulation and experimental results shows that the computed amplitude or heave md pitch motions are in well agreement each other. However, the first-order harmonic amplitudes of heave are significantly under predicted by the present simulations.
