만다라 미술치료가 ADHD 정서불안과 주의력 향상에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 ADHD 요인 중 하나인 결핍된 가정환경으로 인하여 정서불안과 주의력결핍으로 학교생활에 어려움을 겪고 있는 초등학교 아동을 대상으로 하여 만다라 매체를 통한 미술회화 체험을 통해 정서불안 및 주의력 향상에 미치는 효과에 대해 검증하고 이를 특정한 아동을 대상으로 적용하여 그 결과에 대해 분석하고 평가하였다. 이 연구를 통해 아동 스스로가 본인의 잘못 된 행동을 알게 되었으며, 스스로 변화하려고 노력하는 모습을 보이고 있으며, 가정과 학교에서 서로 협조를 통해 아동의 일에 공유하고 노력하고 있는 한편, 아동 스스로 비행 행동을 자제하고, 스스로 판단할 수 있는 능력과 아동의 자존감이 커져가고 있음을 알 수 있다. 프로그램 적용을 통해 확인된 바와 같이 본 연구를 통해 만다라 매체를 통한 미술회화 중심의 체험이 ADHD 아동의 정서불안과 주의력 결핍과 과잉행동 장애에 실질적인 효과가 드러났다는 점에서 아동에게 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 평가된다. 향후 이와 직·간접적으로 연관된 연구가 앞으로 수행될 ADHD 아동의 정서불안과 주의력결핍 및 과잉행동장애에 대한 후속연구에 이바지하길 기대한다 This study is aimed at elementary school children who have difficulty in school life due to emotional anxiety and attention deficit due to the deficient family environment, one of the factors of ADHD, and their effect on emotional anxiety and attention through art painting experience through Mandala media Was verified and applied to specific children, and the results were analyzed and evaluated. Through this study, the children themselves became aware of their own wrongdoings, showing that they are trying to change themselves, sharing and making efforts in children’s work through cooperation at home and school, and refraining from self-delinquency behavior. It can be seen that the ability to judge themselves and the child s self-esteem is growing. As confirmed through the application of the program, this study showed that the experience centered on art painting through the Mandala medium had a positive effect on children in that it had a practical effect on the emotional anxiety, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder of ADHD children. Is evaluated. In the future, it is hoped that studies directly or indirectly related to this will contribute to the follow-up studies on emotional anxiety, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder in ADHD children to be conducted in the future.
