내륙의 주전력 공급계통과 단절되어 있는 도서지역은 대부분의 전력공급을 디젤발전설비가 담당하고 있다. 디젤발전설비는 특성상 예방정비 및 유지보수를 통해 사용수명을 연장시킬 수 있으나, 계속 사용에 따른 기계설비의 노후화 및 발전 효율 감소로 인해 운영비가 증가한다. 즉, 적기에 노후 발전설비를 교체할 경우 발전소 운영비용을 줄일 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디젤발전설비의 상태를 대표할 수 있는 지표를 도출하고, 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 각 지표별 민감도 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 이를 통해 디젤발전설비의 현상태를 정량적으로 나타낼 수 있는 상태점수를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 설비 교체의 기준을 마련하고자 한다. The diesel driven power generation facility provides most of electricity of island region where is isolated from the main land power supply system. It is possible to extend the life of diesel driven power generation facility by periodic maintenance. However, the long-term use of diesel driven power generation facility increases the operating cost due to aging hardware and reduced plant efficiency. In other words, on-time replacement of aging diesel driven power generation facility reduces plant operation cost. The purpose of this study presents major indicators to represent the characteristics of the diesel generator and conducts sensitivity analysis using Monte Carlo analysis. In addition, status core which indicates quantitatively the state of the diesel driven power generation facility is defined and prepare the replacement criteria based on the state score.

As the renewable energy source such as solar PVs(photo voltaic) and wind power plants have been introduced into the power grid increasingly the conventional power plants are required to change their operation pattern from the base-load operation to partial load operation or peak-load operation. Additionally it has been challenged to reduce their load since the carbon trade market was open. Due to the above reasons one of the major equipment the steam turbine in the power plants have confronted the elevated risk in terms of the thermal stress and low cycle fatigue. In this research the thermal stress in the steam turbine rotor is analyzed according to the various operation conditions to predict the reliability of steam turbine rotor.

To prevent unscheduled trip of power plants by boiler tube damage, it is important to monitor boiler tube temperature during power plant operation. However, the direct measurement of tube temperature in the boiler is impossible by installing temperature probe during power plant operation because of harsh condition such as high temperature in the boiler heating zone. In this study, methodology to predict the tube temperature in the boiler heating zone is suggested using measured tube temperature in boiler none-heating zone. For precise local maximum tube temperature, the flue gas condition is considered.

새로 분류된 잠재노동력을 유휴노동력에 포함시켜 산출한 고용보조지표와 실업률의 차이를 밝히기 위해 미취업자를 실업자, 잠재노동력 및 이외 비노동력으로 분류하고 노동시장 행태를 분석하여 분류 간 차별성 여부를 파악하였다. 노동시장 상태간 연간 이행률을 토대로 노동력 진입 및 이탈 행태에서 잠재노동력은 이외 비노동력과 다르며 일하려는 욕구가 작지 않은 유휴노동력임을 확인하였다. 인적 특성을 통제한 다항로짓모형 분석 결과는 잠재노동력과 실업자가 동일 집단이라는 가설을 기각하여 고용보조지표와 실업률을 동일 관점에서 해석할 수 없다는 것을 확인하였다. The paper focuses on the question of whether and how the labor underutilization indicator supplements the unemployment rate. The research is based on the differences in the labor market behavior among three groups of the not-employed; the unemployed, potential labor force and the rest of outside the labor force. The annual transition rate among the labor market states shows that the potential labor force has the explicit unmet need for employment different from the rest of the outside the labor force. The multinomial logit regression controlling the effects of individual characteristics rejects the hypothesis that the potential labor forces are behaviorally identical to the unemployed. The evidence shows that the two indices should be interpreted distinctively.

To predict the behavior of dual plate, 5052 aluminum and 1002 cold rolled steel, numerical and experimental approaches are attempted. For a numerical analysis, explicit finite element code, NET2D is utilized to consider nonlinear characteristics of materials under the ballistic impact. To characterize mechanical features of each plate, material properties of the Johnson-Cook constitutive model are generated by fitting the parameters from tensile test and impact test. Based on the numerical results, multi-objective optimization to minimize mass and maximize strength of dual plate is achieved. In addition, the air-gap effect is researched.
