Anisakiasis is a disease of the alimentary tract caused by nematode larvae belonging to the subfamily Anisakinae. Onset of acute or severe stomach anisakiasis occurs with sudden abdominal pain, especially epigastralgia several hours after ingesting raw seafood such as sashimi of fishes or cuttle fish. Fibregastroscopy must be applied to patients who complain of acute severe gastric pain after the ingestion of raw seafood. Hookworm disease is an infection of the small intestine by Ancylostoma doudenale or Necator americanus. These invaders cause tissue destruction of the small intestine mucosa and blood loss. Common symptoms are weakness, fatigue, cardiac palpitation, pallor and epigastric discomfort. Severe cases may show anemia, hypoproteinemia, edema and cardiac damage. Diagnosis is possible due to discovery of eggs wit'.I the feces. Our report is gastric anisakis and duodenal hookworms revealed by gastrofibrescopy. It is possible to distinguish between gastric anisakis and duodenal hookworms by gastrofibrescopy. Clinical manifestation, and blood examination are not specific to differentiate Anisakiasis from Hookworm disease at acute attack. For the definitive diagnosis, micoscopic examination is needed.

Multiple cnacers frequently develop in the colon and rectum. It is often difficult to detect all these multiple lesions preoperatively: a correct diagnosis is frequently obtained only upon examination of the resected specimen. Triple synchronous primary golon cancer is an exceedingly rare disease. Despite of its rarity, multiple colon cancers should be investigated in the patients in whom clinical or laboratory evidence of colon cancer is suspected. We experienced one case of triple synchronous primary colon cancer recently and report here with the review of the literature.
